Did anyone else notice how Bonnie was laying on her tube... looked super uncomfortable. Looked like she needed a bigger one or was afraid to get her ass in there right. I am happy to see them using life vests though.

So Bonnie said they are doing all of these wild summer trips so close together, because she is going to be out of commission soon. I wonder what sort of surgery she’s getting this time? More lipo? The tummy tuck? Hair plugs like Joel LOL.

I took it to mean she was going on a vacation without the kids. She said something about not feeling guilty about it. I don't think she would feel guilty about a tummy tuck but who knows. Another day, another day out without kids. It's shocking and totally unrelatable to me. I wonder if her subscribers feel the same way I do.

I agree with the OP. Out of commission usually means not functioning, broken or whatever. I think she’s about to under go her tummy tuck operation. Get the popcorn ready.

Bonnie looked 10000% more natural and beautiful in those photos she posted with Olivia on instagram. She has changed SO much over the last few years. If I didn't know better and was looking at a photo of old Bonnie next to new Bonnie I would almost say theyre not the same person but sisters.

I feel like society as a whole should stop talking about makeup so negatively, though. It’s self expression for an adult that’s no different than hair color or clothing choices. Plenty of people wear make up.

Idk, I don’t personally like the way she looks all the time, but I also feel like she can’t win for losing sometimes on here. She gets called fat (let’s not pretend it’s not on every other page of these threads) when she eats “normally” or indulges or before she got lipo. Then she gets lipo and people still call her fat. No one said her butt was too big when she was bigger, and it was definitely that big in Hawaii. People are so quick to point out that they think she’s gaining weight or has fat fingers or that they don’t like her shape.
She lets her hair be natural, people talk crap about how it’s too thin and frizzy. She gets hair extensions, people talk crap about how unnatural, expensive and long/thick they are. She doesn’t wear makeup, people say she looks sick with sunken eyes and bad skin. She wears makeup, people say she looks unnatural and she shouldn’t wear it.
There are many things wrong with her and the family, but I feel like her looks will never be right for people, and for that, I feel badly for her. We can’t say she should have more self confidence while constantly picking.

The only issue I have with the lipo is the fact that she preaches body positivity and loving your body at any weight when that clearly isn’t how she feels.
I take issue with the hair extensions, over the top nail length, lipo, excessive makeup, etc. because she’s setting a bad body image for olivia. She’s clearly teaching Olivia that it takes all these extras to be beautiful. When IMO she was much more beautiful before she was into all those things.

Regarding the body image though, do you just see it as a problem because she has a daughter? Ellie keeps her nails done (they are shorter, but also painted far more often) her hair is routinely coloured, and makeup is just as much a priority as with Bonnie. Boys can learn that appearance is more important than substance as well. The boys are learning that it isn’t ok to be larger (Ellie has fat shamed Jared before and Joel talks about his weight often). They are also learning that grey or balding hair is something to be ashamed and saddened by.
I think the body issues go so much farther with the Griffiths than just with Bonnie and Olivia.

Also I don’t get why the kids feet or shoes need to be super stinky! If you change socks everyday and shower there is no need for stinky feet! She is supposedly a beautician for goodness sake! But Joel made a comment in the lines of mom doesn’t let you use socks with the shoes and in the past she wore her sneakers without socks so they probably all sweat barefoot in sneakers! Then yes stinky shoes!

She doesn't "let" them wear socks with sneakers? WTF? Blisters and stinky shoes. Yay. Who doesn't let their kids wear socks? Is she afraid she will have to do more laundry? Then she should have thought about that before having so many kids.
These people and their big families when they don't even seem to like kids just confuse me. Gotta be just like perfect Grandma Griff, whether or not that is what they really want.

That’s a good way to get a toenail fungus. My kids had to wear socks with their sneakers and my daughter wears no show pedals with her flats that she wears to work. She says she prefer not to ruin a good pair of shoes. Now the humidity where we live is crazy so swamp foot is real.

I never said it was only because Bonnie has a daughter. I do however believe Olivia’s view of her appearance will be harmed more then her brothers will because of Bonnie. It’s normal that the parent of the same gender has a greater influence on body image.
The body image issues go far, far up the Griffith family tree.
