I cant believe she said "this house has been built from the ground up, you'd expect problems" .... wtf? thats exactly why you WOULDNT expect issues with a brand new home! Its not even a year old?

My husband and I said the same thing. The fact that it has become acceptable for a brand new house to be so poorly built that it has problems within months of moving in that lead to that kind of damage is ridiculous. They don't build houses like they used too and the materials they use aren't quality like they once were. To spend over a half millions dollars on a brand new home....I expect it to be done right.

From a construction background, I can tell you that it is common to experience a number of issues within year or so of occupancy and water leaks are included in this even if the builder does a perfect job of grading. However, issues like this don’t happen with every new house and it all depends on how well built it is + weather conditions etc.

I’ve built many homes and the biggest kink I’ve ever had was an ac condenser going out month 9. It’s not as common as people think. Her house was built very cheap. She also likely jacked something up when installing her washer and dryer.

It depends on who is building them really. Are you building a cheap ready to move in home, in a community.. like Jess did? Or are you finding the best contractors and having them build it? And are you getting a second inspection to make sure it's all safe and done right? I would never buy a house the way Jess went about it. It may be more expensive to buy the land and find a contractor etc etc... but, at least I would feel my house was built to my expectations, and it would be built to outlast a bunch of kids running around in it and storms and whatever else.

Can't knock them for that one things kept bumped while moving especially walls. Cornor of the walls are worst because the metal they use underneath the dry wall to make a smooth cornor get dented and paint chips so easily and the metal gets exposed. I wish we would have known this I would have but bumper pads on the corners when we moved in. with the way their house is built I got see alot more problems in the future they definitely put it up with spit and bubble gum.

Can't knock them for that one things kept bumped while moving especially walls. Cornor of the walls are worst because the metal they use underneath the dry wall to make a smooth cornor get dented and paint chips so easily and the metal gets exposed. It wasn't a corner and they didn't even have furniture yet.

Yes,one of the panels was coming up.That's minor compared to the water damage they have now

Wait y’all, this B continued to use her washer when she knew it was leaking??? I hope the home warranty company refuses to accept the claim! What a freaking idiot to continue to cause water damage!

I'm no prude but why did she feel the need to show her body (blurred or not). Isn't this supposed to be a family channel? And most of her subscribers are teens yet she's leaving in a joke about date rape.

Her mentioning her Dr's name makes me believe she is getting this free or discounted, who would mention the Dr doing their surgery and most Dr's aren't ok to be on camera and he shares her YT videos.

Also Kyson is such a sweet heart, the sensitive one that cared about her and looked like he was about to cry she was in pain. Then Kaden only cared about seeing the skin and wanted to see blood.

Judging by how many jump cuts there are when the surgeon is marking her up I’m guessing she’s getting more done than what she’s posting. He marked up her back and she just glazed over it.

It also cut very quickly after the nurse said implants removed, dog ear and tattoo removal. As if the nurse said more we weren't allowed to hear.
