Just started watching becca but im confused, how did a doctor cause her son to have a speech delay? She makes it see like a huge deal so I assume there is a story behind it. My youngest had to have tubes and is a bit delayed and is in speech but I don't blame anyone.

She says he has brain damage because the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck and she had to wait to push him out because the ob wasn't there and it was several hours. I don't remember the details but that was the gist of it.

Someone else would know for sure but I don't think she's ever mentioned this until recently.

Also, I'm not a doctor but babies don't receive oxygen through their throat in the womb, so I don't know how that would cause brain damage

Becca. It's not the doctor's fault your child has speech problems. He's two years old, IT'S YOUR JOB TO RAISE YOUR CHILD AND TEACH HIM TO TALK. Quit blaming everyone else around you for YOUR LACK OF PARENTING. Maybe if you gave your child some attention instead of endless selfies he would be able to talk right! Ugh. I went on a rant about her to my husband the other day and he was just like "... damn chill out skippy" but she pisses me off. It's always everyone else's fault, not poor little Becca.

Oh and by her waiting 'several hours' for the ob to come in was probably a lie. We all know how Becca time works. 15 minutes is an hour according to her. Not only that, but if it was the doctor's fault and she has legitimate proof why would she not sue? If a doctor fucked up my child I would definitely sue. I mean I'm just sayinnn'. End rant lol

This is exactly why you usually cannot film an actual delivery. So many things go wrong during delivery. You can't sue easily because you basically sign away your life and your baby's life when you're admitted. The hospital has to cover their ass.

She lied about the whole umbilical cord thing anyway. You know if it was true she woulf had said something before NOW. Also, her story on it changed so much that not even she can keep up with it. Just another way for someone to pity her. The reason he is behind is because all he does all day is play with baby toys, a leap frog, sleep, and watch Pooh bear. She does absolutely nothing to help him and we all know she just throws him to the side. Any ISSUES he has is caused due to the fact that she is his parent. Just like Tayler, they will both find excuses why their children are lacking when we all know it is because neither of them actually parent their children. I love how she plans to be a cosmetologist yet she can't even keep her own nasty fingernails painted or cleaned and usually her makeup looks like crap and is just kind of globbed on the inside crease of her eyes. Guess we can all dream lol. She seems to think she is a good mom and good at everything else. She sucks at parenting, she sucks at decorating, she sucks at makeup, she sucks at marriage, she sucks at lying, she sucks at telling time and distance, she sucks at carrying a child since she can't stand the baby inside her for long, and she just plain sucks.

Yeah and I don't know about the states but it's really not hard to file a malpractice case here in canada which she could do. But I doubt it's the doctors fault, like someone said it was written in comic sans ms

The reason I think it's bullshit is due to that her l&d video when she had Kaiden. For starters, they said twice in that video not 3 that the cord was wrapped around his neck which is common , once it was unwrapped, he started to scream and he was fine. He scored an 8 then two 9s on the Apgars test, Becca didn't even push him, she was too tired so the OB had to pull him out to get him out safely. Also Bryce mentioned he was very considerate the OB was still so willing to deliver their baby after her Grandfather died that morning/day. Hence why she said she would be gone for a bit and but from the fact that Becca was using pitocen she wasn't to worried she would suddenly deliver, especially since she was back by one, started cranking the pitocen and Kaiden was born at 5

As I said before, when my brother was born, he didn't cry or scream the first 30-40 seconds. He eventually did and they whisked him away to check everything. My parents didn't see him all night, in the morning they brought him back and said he was fine, nothing was wrong he was just in shock when he was born because my mum had delivered him so fast that he must of thought he was still in the womb. If anything is wrong with Kaiden, it's Becca for ignoring him and treating him like a newborn at 2 and expecting a leap pad to teach him.

She had her first surprise pregnancy/miscarriage when Kaiden was 6 mos or under... She has NEVER given him the attention he deserves IMO. She was worried about trying again for that girl and trying to get married ASAP so she could play house and feel justified in trying again. Anyone remember when she was all "if my husband and I want to have another baby, we can! We are MARRIED and we're not teens anymore" Etc

Someone asked Becca if they thought she would go to the full 40 weeks or sooner and she said "well they hope sooner because of his breathing problems." Lolwut? Call me stupid but babies don't breathe in the womb right? Or am I just dumb? Pretty sure my son didn't... apparently she's in labor right now. Oh jeebus.

Babies don't breathe through the mouth and nose in the womb. An unborn baby’s lungs are undeveloped, un-inflated and filled with amniotic fluid. Instead, the developing fetus receives all of the benefits of breathing, including oxygen, with help from the mother. She's really stupid.

Lmao the lungs are maturing the last few weeks of pregnancy?? In what world does it make sense to have a baby early if they are concerned about his breathing? Wouldn't the smarter thing be to do NSTs and maybe some ultrasounds and let his lungs fully mature first?

Also if they want you at the hospital when your contractions are 5 mins apart, they're 5.5-6 mins apart and you're an hour from the hospital (which we all know she isn't! But that's her story) wouldn't you go ahead and go?

Though I guarantee you if she does she will get induced on the 28th when she turns 39 weeks and she will say her doctor said she needed to because Asher is in distress but in reality it's for selfish reasons.

Also, it just occurred to me that Becca keeps yappin about the birth center... Which is at WESLEY. 15 mins away, Becca.

I hope it's false labor too but I guess she had bloody show? She says she's 5.5-6 minutes apart so if she lived an hour away she SHOULD go. But everyone knows she only live like 20 minutes away in real world time lol

Geeze, I have a baby and suddenly her thread takes off, lol! I had my daughter two weeks ago exactly at 35 weeks and even though I was lucky with her only having to be in the NICU for 4 days, I wouldn't push anyone to give birth early. ~just cuz my baby was pretty much OK means urs will be too~ stupid minions.

The whole town closes down at 2, there's hardly ANY traffic. I work just a couple miles from Wesley and NOTHING lol she is so full of shit. I bet they could make it there in 10 mins tbh
