On periscope Sam said he doesn't film a lot of moments because he doesn't feel comfortable filming others. Noah was outside playing with a neighbor kid and Sam wouldn't film it even though the parents know they YouTube.

Idk off the top of my head, but maybe since a year or two into college? They hadn't even been together a year when Sam proposed though. Exact dates are probably in their Q and A or proposal story video.

The proposal vid mentions that was 5 years ago. Depending on how long they planned, they've been married around 4 years.

Also that vid had 2 ads, WTF?

And they're 24 and 27. I could not imagine getting married right now at 20, before graduating. And expecting a child before graduating and getting a job. It always blows my mind when I think about it lol. I get such a culture shock when I think about these Mormon vlog couples.

Ahhh, interesting. I only know them from the odd vlog here and there when they appear on other channels. I knew they were young and from what I had read here they had not been together long before getting engaged.

How old is their LO?

I like Sam and Jen (and I love Daehan hehe) but is it possible they read here? Their latest vlog Sam mentions how some of us (meaning viewers... Or ytmd?) think he only plays around at Trixin and he goes on to say what he all does/takes care of as his job. He was nice about it but I just thought it was strange that he brought that up when someone JUST said something about his job at Trixin

They're getting a new roommate? I thought they said they're rent was way cheaper than it was at their previous place. I hope it's just to help her brother out and not out of financial necessity. If they ever aren't making enough from YouTube, I hope they swallow their pride and get real jobs. I'm glad it's her brother who is going to be their roommate and not some random Trixin frat boy. That house would be unbearable then.

I don't see anything wrong with, but if it ever became something they needed to do because of financial need then I would hope they'd put down the camera first and go get some real jobs with their brand new degrees. I watched the whole vlog, first time doing that in a while, and it seems like for now they're just helping out her younger brother.
OT: There was a part in the vlog where Sam is in the kitchen in his frat boy Trixin gear with his Trixin bros egging him on to eat a whole jalapeño. Jen is wandering around in and out of the shot trying to tidy up a bit. That would annoy the hell out of me. Does stuff like that happen all the time in their vlogs?

We had a friend of my partners live with us for about 4 months a couple of years ago when he moved over from New Zealand so he could save money to bring his pregnant girlfriend and their daughter over to Australia and have money for a house and furniture and all that jazz. I liked the guy but it drove me crazy. I hated it and it was the longest 4 months ever. I like my house and my space and my things to be all mine. I only agreed because I knew it would be temporary and it helped them out a lot. I cannot imagine having a long term housemate now I have a family of my own. No way.

I'm really happy for their new baby! I know people aren't really into their lifestyle as they act young - ish but I find it refreshing compared to other vloggers as I can relate more (similar music taste, clothing, they often have friends over). I like their little trixin family as apposed to dailybumps or messica who can only function with the help of their parents. I think they will handle the new addition well.

I don't think it's wise right now to be having another kid. They don't have real jobs, their videos don't get a lot of views, they only have around 114,000 subscribers. Trixin I guess is a job, but what happens when Shay gets bored with it all and the company goes under? They aren't very stable right now. The baby will probably bring in more views though, I guess.
