They really will do anything to cater to their young audience. I can't even continue watching this. It's so cringe worthy and weird.

But the kids say it's #RELATIONSHIPGOALS so they are definitely doing it right!cats-or-die wrote:

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
Kinda sorta off topic but I was on YT last night and a DB video came up in my suggested list and I watched it out of boredom. Can't remember the title but it was 10.30.2013. I remember Ollie was still new and it was the day before Halloween. I was pretty shocked at the differences in them then and now. Yes, you can still see that Missy has control issues and annoying food habits. Yes, Bryan is still extremely effeminate (not saying this is WRONG - just observation). However, they DID hold and interact with Ollie. Missy seemed genuinely happy. I think she is suffering from depression (obviously I'm not diagnosing her-they wouldn't allow me to do that with my liberal arts degree) and possibly not even the postpartum kind. I DO think she had love for Bryan. You can see something there in her eyes. Bryan mentions hitting the gym to have a great ending to Shaytober and I just kind of side eye my laptop and go, "Ohhhhh..." I'm thinking if there is depression that it boils down to betrayed trust. I just don't understand why they don't go their separate ways and start salvaging what's left of their life sooner as opposed to later.
Also - I know I'm "new" and don't post often but I got really bored this summer and have read over half of the posts in this section. Some of the other newer posters are really suspect. Like, they came on here and commented, had their shit jumped on and VANISHED. *poof* Then all of a sudden there is one or two people on here with a "different" opinion (you know you're a bumper - we know it, too) and when the OG's put them in their place (cats-or-die & spacekitty) three new people show up in defense of the bumper (not as insulting as minion, eh?). With the same writing style... Curious and curioser.

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I've had my suspicions about that too. It was around that time that the vlogs slowly started to become worse and worse. It's almost as if Missy just declined into an annoying vlogging robot. Look how perfect my life is, Target, Target, Target, while Bryan is meeting dudes at "La" Fitness. I miss how they were when they both had jobs and lived in Missy's Mom's garage.sarahshortcake wrote: Bryan mentions hitting the gym to have a great ending to Shaytober and I just kind of side eye my laptop and go, "Ohhhhh..." I noticed Bryan used the same music as the "adventure" themed room vid while they're at the park. Maybe this is him pointing out what an adventurer he is lol.

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I think a lot has definitely changed his then. Oliver was only about 2 months old at that point and I definitely think that they came off as a happy family then. I didn't watch them when those vlogs were happening but when I found and liked them, I had seen them. Up until they moved into their house now/Oliver's 1st birthday, I think they did come off happy often. I didn't dislike Missy until she had her surgery, around that time is when she became a real bitch imo. Bryan always rubbed me the wrong way for something or another. They DID appreciate Ollie for awhile there. He was indeed a rainbow baby. But now he's nothing special. I think their egos are over the moon, they got a little popularity and Bryan started to just buy more and more and it meant nothing. Buying subs and views and losing the once loyal adult audience changed a lot about them. The minion outfits say it all..sarahshortcake wrote:Kinda sorta off topic but I was on YT last night and a DB video came up in my suggested list and I watched it out of boredom. Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I actually love spending an hour or so watching youtube with my daughter every day she is almost 3. It's fun for both of us to watch people do things we don't get the opportunities to do (airplanes, big trips, even watching people open toys and such) and to have something to look forward to each and every day! Our daily schedule varies (park, gym, playdate, library, blah blah blah) but youtube time is always the same!
I would die before I bought her any merch though!

DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
Sarahshortcake - you're spot on. There's a specific person on this thread that got into it a couple days ago with us, basically defending Bryan in very "odd" ways, and since being called out, she only ever posts long, in depth essays almost trying to prove to us she isn't a devout fan. I ain't buying any of their shit.

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
So the 3 things Missy is excited for when Finn gets here. Seeing him and Ollie together (ok that's cute) nursing (that's the thing she is most excited about because of course it's all about her and she feels important)...she hopes that he's not as quick and efficient of a nurser like Oliver. Of course so she can have the excuse of being lazy longer. She's stupid! And lastly...she's looking forward to HER calm nights. So there you have it folks, never did she say she is looking forward to holding and kissing and loving on her baby boy. Her excitement is so fake! I can't stand her! Is it horrible to wish a bad nurser and horrible sleeper on her??? Lol

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
That is a good point. Personally I would never want to watch the day to day aspect (as a kid myself or with one). But the videos going on vacation are definitely more "view worthy".ladymama wrote:I actually love spending an hour or so watching youtube with my daughter every day she is almost 3. Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I agree that things started to change after ~La Fitness~. I'm a fairly new poster but a very long time lurker, and have read back on some of the threads I wasn't around for. That was around the time people suspected they slept apart and that Missy didn't love her husband.
We may never know but personally I think Bryan was cheating and Missy found out. It wrecked their relationship but they were too in love with the money and attention from vlogs, and couldn't risk that ending if they split up. Things have changed a lot since then, and none for the better. Perhaps Missy's detachment from her children is related to her detachment from their father? Who knows

I think it's so nasty how the Bums have a pile of shoes in the corner of the "play room". why can't they put them in that storage/closet in the entrance? aren't they embarrassed when they have guests over?
Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I literally can't today.
Imagine going all out everytime your toddler was into something new?

Re: DailyWhines&Complaints- Part 34
I'm surprised they didn't invest in a shoe rack since they LOVE to order everything. I got mine at IKEA, it's not like it's hard to find. I bet Bryan would squeal over getting another package anyways.violet-kelsey black wrote:I think it's so nasty how the Bums have a pile of shoes in the corner of the "play room". why can't they put them in that storage/closet in the entrance? aren't they embarrassed when they have guests over?

I just realized we call their fans minions and they are dressed up as minions. Accurate representation of all the followers they had to buy! Bryan is a minion behind his computer screen!
