If she got paper thin skin like that, maybe she shouldn’t be here?
Either way she isn’t contributing to any convo. I just Foed her because two threads of being defensive and preachy is enough for me.

Messss is guilty of the same thing.
The whole song and dance she made about delaying Addie’s vaccinations and not getting certain ones. Too many people think a YouTube video or a mommy blog are more credible than actual scientific research these days.
It’s up there with “my parents did such and such and I’m fine”.

Re: JesssFam: Cursing and Booze to Get More Views (Part 137)
That's a great summary. In my sad experience, that's what usually happens. As long as the baby doesn't have brain damage, it's not harmful, that's the bottom line of it.DoodleBop2 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 4:45 am So basically you defend drinking to excess and nursing and bedsharing because you do it but its not about your feelings. lol.
Jess does the same thing. She puts her baby in unsafe conditions, because all her other babies didn't have trouble with it. She knew she f-ed up, because she kept mentioning that nothing was covering Addys face, or was around her, which we know wasn't true. She aslo drives unsafe, because she didn't have an accident yet. Jess is the kind of person, who will either never learn, or she needs to fall so hard, it's dangerous, only then will she change something.

Re: JesssFam: Cursing and Booze to Get More Views (Part 137)
Hey you two.
I pulled out my fancy Google degree and took a look. The Mayo Clinic states that the cause of SIDS is unknown, but is thought to be a defect in the brain that causes the child to "forget" to breathe.
While breastfeeding reduces the risk, not if the mother drinks or people smoke around the baby. The baby should not be laid on its side or stomach, this is to prevent re-breathing. The sleep area should be kept as clear as possible.
It is not recommended that babies under 3 months old co-sleep with their parents as this ups the SIDS risk, again there is the rebreathing risk, as well as overheating which are both factors in SIDS.
I co-slept with my kid after he was 3 months old. I waited that long because I had a friend who co-slept with her newborn. He was 2 weeks old, she was incredibly tired (as one gets with a newborn), she fell asleep with him beside her and fell into a heavy sleep where she ended up turning onto the baby and suffocating him. It was extremely tragic and sad. His death was ruled as accidental suffocation.
With all things, co-sleeping with a newborn is a risk, if a parent is comfortable with that risk then they will co-sleep. I personally am a huge advocate of co-sleeping, but not with newborns.
The sad fact of the matter is that you can do everything right and have a baby die from SIDS. You can do everything wrong and your child can be fine. SIDS just... happens.
Suffocation however can be prevented and we know Jess has/had poor sleep hygiene, but we don't know 100% if that caused Addie's crisis though certainly her situation didn't help.
Thank you so much for figuring out the deal with the picture. It makes sense now.

Can we go back to talking about room assignments? Hell even ice cream trucks is better discussion then the bs cosleeping/bed sharing/crib rants. Take that to FB mommy groups.

My skin isn't thin at all, sweetie. Nobody on here is gossiping about my life. I just can't stand ignorance regarding breastfeeding and how long somebody chooses to do it for. Y'all need to get lives if this is what you do for fun. Being so invested in somebody else's life.smom12 wrote:She’s on Tiffany Beastons thread too trying to educate people on breastfeeding... taking things way too personal.DoodleBop2 wrote:Yes. Basically that's not even close to what I said, but we all know you people love to exaggerate. If a mom wants to have a glass of wine and nurse, she can.DoodleBop2 wrote:So basically you defend drinking to excess and nursing and bedsharing because you do it but its not about your feelings. lol.

That’s how our local Domino’s delivers pizza lol.DoodleBop2 wrote:You guys got ice cream trucks we had a guy on a bike with a cooler bolted to it when I was a kid.
Speaking of pizza. How come we haven’t seen any recent trips to that pizza place? Or TRH. She doesn’t seem to take all the kids on random outings any more. Not counting the trips to the mud lot.

They had that bar of bells on the handlebars to ring to let people know they were around. I liked the red white and blue ones if they didn't have strawberry shortcake. I always wondered if they made much money riding around day.

Probably saving up for that house. Or her doc told her to eat healthy to prepare her for her next botched surgery.sezzajaydee wrote:That’s how our local Domino’s delivers pizza lol.DoodleBop2 wrote:You guys got ice cream trucks we had a guy on a bike with a cooler bolted to it when I was a kid.

Re: JesssFam: Cursing and Booze to Get More Views (Part 137)
Oh, I don't like the wording either, but seeing children in distress, because of dumb, irresponsible things their parents do, makes me sad to look at. Poor girl deserves a chance in life, without trouble like that, tht could lead to lasting damage. There are kids out there who stop breathing, regardless how correct their parents behave, but in Addys case everyone was calling for it, only Jess didn't want to see it.Jennabud wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 2:06 amI sadly get annoyed when I see them post about it now. It is a horrible thing that happened for sure. But she was only hooked up to monitors. If they took some advice and didnt wrap her in 10000p blankets and let her sleep on her stomach it may not have happened. I'm a nurse in a NICU and I see wayyy worse so that may be why I get annoyed with calling her their miracle baby. Bet she posted it so her fan accounts would make more posts about it and say how great her and chris areCaptain Smooth wrote:Jess' post on instagram. Poor Addy, all hooked up to lots of machines three years ago. I'm always sad, when I see children in that kind of state. All because Jess trashed all good advice and deleted whoever was commenting on Addy being in danger, because of all the crap Jess was putting her in. Poor girl could have had serious brain damage and Jess a special needs child. Jess is double triple lucky, that this didn't happen.

That’s probably her intention. She seems to have baby fever lately and is maybe grooming Chris: “Oh Chris, look at meeee! Don’t I look so cute pregnant?! We can have another Addie! Let’s get you to the doc for that vasectomy reversal. We can use the guy who did my beautiful tummy tuck! We can get a good discount!”Chatabox wrote:LittleButThere wrote:She needs quick easy access for Chris now that Mimi lives therepennyajdg wrote: Why is she even wearing a dress that damn short??? You are legitimately in the wrong place to make arguments about letting parents make their own choices. This entire site is about bashing YouTube moms who make horrible choices in parenting and life.4littlemonkeys wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 3:02 amI legitimately can't understand how people can't let parents make their own decisions based on their own experiences, research and instincts.
