Yeah he kept singling out the dental hygienist who he doesn't know. He's probably serious about the teeth cleaning too. She traveled half way around the world to provide a service and is probably going to put in long hours with limited resources. ...but yeah fit bryan in too when he probably has dozens of dentists in a 10 mile radius of his house and YouTube money to pay for it.
