She really is missing the mark like everyone else has stated. Successful yt channels that are growing that I find myself watching are ones where yt is just their side hustle. Either the husband keeps their job or they both have jobs and do yt on the side.

I have said it before but I will say it again these two have no idea how hard many other parents work. They are so delusional that they think answering some emails and editing a few videos is equivalent to working 40 plus hours a week. Many of us parents spend time with our kids, work, keep clean and tidy houses and complain way less than these idiots. Their finances cannot be that bad if they are unwilling to do all they can to succeed.

I cannot with the fox tattoo still on Gaines’s face. I saw that apparently it was her choice and refused to let them take it off (which whatever.....) but it is ridiculous. Also to mention, I would never let my sister in law do something like that to my child’s face. It is nasty at this point. I’m disgusted.

Same here. Katie did just post that they washed it off finally though. I was fine with her keeping it off for the rest of their Christmas break, but if she were my kid? As soon as school started back, off it would come. It looked ridiculous all peeled.

If they are struggling that bad with debt kids should not be in activities. Like Dave Ramsey says that is all gone. They also should not be in preschool with two at home parents. At least brooks shouldn’t. There is all kinds of free ways to get your kid socialized with other kids. At brooks age she can teach him at home. If they are serious about getting out of debt you have to cut everything that isn’t a necessity. Like Dave Ramsey says you have to live like a broke college student.

If their finances are so bad and according to Katie they make so much more money doing yt than a regular 9 to 5 then why are they not getting on a schedule for their videos. You would think they would want to get videos up pretty early in the day and on a consistent schedule. This just adds to the theory that they are so incredibly lazy. Your whole job and ability to make money revolves on creating videos and they can't even do that consistently.

The videos don’t make them money anymore. They couldn’t upload regularly when they did make money. They post on Instagram everyday. They post multiple stories a day. That’s the bulk of their work week. I bet Cullen’s podcast would be dead if it weren’t a collaboration with his sister. I don’t think they’ll ever be able to function like normal adults without separating and getting some major counseling. They’re a couple of privileged co-dependent sloths.

It’s possible to do, but not ideal. Really they just took the lazy way out and created a bigger headache for the next owner of the house. When the wallpaper starts peeling, as wallpaper does, the paint will peel and crack right along with it. So whoever is stuck with the house at that time will have to remove all the wallpaper anyway, and it’ll be made harder by the fact that the paint is covering the seams.

The pictures are better this round. I think Gaines bathroom looks great and I thought the same thing as I know there was hideous wall paper in there!

I haven't watched them in a long time but saw their latest vlog and is Katie seriously trying to throw Cullen under the bus and act like she didn't spend money hand over fist and contribute to the debt problems they currently find themselves in. I feel sorry for Cullen in a way because he seems to be the scapegoat and she has a holier then thou attitude and arrogance about her these days and it is not a good look for her. I stopped watching after the blatant favoritism of Gaines was on full display. It seems like Cullen and Brooks get the short end of the stick in that family.

I personally don’t comment on this thread much but since this is my train wreck channel to watch I figured I would. I personally don’t believe a word that comes out of either of their mouths and they’ve always proven to be the channel that sees what’s trending so they jump on the back of that truck and ride it until it no longer gives them views. They’re in so much debt and it shows but what they’ve also proven to people is that they just won’t stop shopping and spending and even if they did make a dent on their debt it’ll come back tenfold next sure they’re the type to keep up with the hype that is YouTube and what’s popular.

A lot of people commenting here saying Katie is checked out of the marriage but the two of them to me are checked out of reality.

Exactly. They can't even commit to their latest attempt to jumpstart their channel with interesting/relevant content. People lose interest and move on to someone else that is consistent with their content and put effort into their "business".
