I don't knock Chris for being a SAHD but I think the issue is if Jess had to go get a real job outside of the home would she be ok with him at home playing fortnite, especially with kids in school? If he went after her for spousal support would she be ok with that? If he didn't pay child support or had his next girlfriend paying it she would talk so much trash on it. But its ok for her NOW.

Yes and what if he pulled a knife on her and her bf? Would she be ok with THAT? If Chris were Drake,she's be non stop about it.But as long as it's someone else he did that to...it's ok

I used to have no problem with chris having been a SAHD until their recent video where he made it sound like he was more unemployed at times than a true SAHD. Hes portraying his own context to make ashley look bad and himself look like super dad when I think the reality is he was a lazy bum who couldn't keep a job and, at times, was stuck of home so naturally was doing the most child care

Does anyone know what ashley does for a living?

I THINK she was working at MAC cosmetics, idk if she still does.

Of course, Kaden got a 3 which is un-achievable, by ANY other kid in that grade, in listening and speech... yet Kyson didn't... and Kaden is the one that Mess had to put up captions up, so we can understand what he's saying... I am willing to bet that she mixed their report cards up, just to give special recognition to her favorite twin. Amazingly, Kyson is such trouble at home... what does he do that's such trouble??? If he does something that's trouble, I have yet to see it in the vlogs...

Mess, quit picking on Kyson, just because he looks like his father, it's not his fault. He's a sweet boy... and when he grows up, he's going to hate you for treating him so badly, and showing favoritism to the rest of his siblings and none to him! Also, Your surgery may have done better if you actually would exercise once in awhile, and not just eat Texas Roadhouse and junk food and sit around all day acting like you're doing work... then maybe you wouldn't have thighs the size of your waist that you keep trying to squeeze into shorts that are screaming in pain from the threads being pulled apart!

Kids will be kids but you can see mess rubbing of on Kayden, when Kyson putting his poster, kayden has to jump in and take over, and 100% if he wasnt told no by Chris he would have put his on top of kysons. Kysons only going to be difficult because of how his mother and siblings treat him like something they stepped on.
Anyone think that she been advised about kyson speech and she said no, I know in the UK soon as a parent says no there not a lot educators can do and we have to stop pushing the issue.

This vlog actually made me pause and say “Are you stupid Messs”. She let the kid play in the street shoeless and he got metal in his foot. That just proves there is zero supervision in that home. The kids should not be playing in the street period! You have a backyard Messs, use it.

Also Kaden getting a three in speech when Kyson got a 2? Yeah right! Either Messs changed the number on her “Perfect child’s” report card or the teacher is on drugs. The kid needs subtitles and Landen’s whiny butt speaks better than his older brother. I can understand Addie more than Kaden. I feel so bad for Kyson because I’m sure messs will use this for months to tell him he’s less than his subtitle having brother.

I really can't make up my mind about Chris. On the one hand he really IS the lazy ass who doesn't do anything and completely mooches off of Jess, but at the same time I think we also all know that Jess wouldn't even let him step out of the house for longer than an hour because she's paranoid. But he's also a grown man who can make his own decisions, but if he did, that would mean he'd feel the wrath of Jess... not sure which one I'd pick, to be fair. Then he's absolutely wonderful with Kyson, Kaden and Landen, but he does the absolute bare minimum for Caden and Tommy, which just makes him a shit dad because Kaden, Kyson and Landen shouldn't be a priority over his own kids. He seems really funny and witty, but then again he seems like just another yeehaw white trash male. I don't know what it is about him and I know we only know what Jess decides to show. But he's a mystery to me.

Anyone else not believe Jess when she says that she took Kaden to multiple specialists for his speech? She exploits every single doctors appointment for videos, and we're supposed to believe she didn't with those ones? The fact that it's easier to understand Landen and Addie speaks for itself.

The teacher probably gave Kaden a better grade, because he's actually worse than that. I knew two teachers who did this with students who were in a way special needs. One of them got the same grade as me in language, although she couldn't even string together one sentence without making mistakes. They feel sorry for them and think it encourages them to keep working, unlike when they get bad grades.

It doesn't change the fact that Jess let the developement window close without doing something about Kadens speech. He'll always have trouble speaking, no matter what the report card says, while Kyson can actually articulate and pronounce words reallly well. Imo Kyson speaks the best out of all of them. She'd better think about doing something about it, I could see him doing well with languages.

In that video Drake made (where basically everything else has ended up being true) he said jess got pregnant with the twins because she missed some of her birth control pills. I'm STILL waiting for her to confess to that!

So basically Kyson's teacher followed the rules and Kaden's didn't. She said kyson had a few 2+ and his teacher said they would have been 3s but they weren't allowed to give them out. She also said kyson got E on everything, but Kaden got mostly S. She didn't mention Kaden's behavior either but showed Kyson's was above expectations.

I haven’t watched the vlog but...

Speech and language are so much bigger than just articulation though.

Kaden could be excelling in things like core word relation, expressive vocabulary, phonological processing, multi step instructions etc.

If the mark of 3 is correct maybe that’s because Kaden is doing extremely well in all the other aspects but his articulation is struggling? And maybe Kyson is the opposite with his articulation being great but the other language skills are in need of support, explaining his level 2 mark?

I’m not sure. I do find his mark suspicious however...

Speaking and listening are very broad terms when they’re by themselves.
Add them together and that could cover a multitude of things.
A 3 doesn’t indicate he’s not struggling with his speech. His own mother should know that considering she uses subtitles for him and not her 3 year old.
