LOL, she thinks Lincoln misunderstood her, but she has basically said the same thing in both phrases. "You get to cut your hair today," and what she intended to say, "I'm allowing you to cut your hair." No wonder he's confused. The right thing to say would have been, "you get to have your hair cut," or, "I'm allowing you to get a hair cut." She's an idiot.
I don't believe for one minute Lincoln acted on his own, this was set up and acted out, but still horrible to put him through.
I wonder if it will be cut even shorter if this vlog doesn't bring in the anticipated views.

I agree. That was a total set-up. the camera was positioned perfectly, his words were scripted and her walking past nonchalantly was totally fake. The sad part is she made him say sorry to something he didn't even do. She must really think we're total idiots but the views will be up and that's all that matters.Happy+Charlie wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 8:33 am LOL, she thinks Lincoln misunderstood her, but she has basically said the same thing in both phrases. I wish Lincoln has actually taken a huge chunk out of his hair and she’s been forced to cut it shorter

Sometimes early to mid 90s movies too. Give her credit!

Holy hell I felt so bad for Lincoln in today's video. I agree this was a set up for the camera. Lincoln even seemed kind of in on it since he was giggling at first when she flipped (kind of reminded me of Eve a bit). But seeing that poor kid waffle between giggling and being scared of her reaction was heartbreaking. What a confusing message to send to a young kid that can't grasp of the concept of entertainment. It wouldn't have bothered me if Lincoln was in on it, if Bonnie had a conversation with him beforehand and explained she would yell but it was for a video and it's just pretend. But he seemed genuinely concerned at her reaction, and if it was a set up she should have stopped, turned the camera off, and apologized to him.ba1006 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 8:49 amI agree. She doesn't deserve those sweet kids.

What she is doing to that sweet boy is so cruel. No wonder the government eats us all up.

I love how Boston lights up when he’s with Bree. He laughs and looks genuinely happy, relaxed, excited and engaged. That’s exactly how a child should be.
The way he looks and acts when he’s with Bonnie doesn’t sit well with me. He’s always looking at her as if he knows he better not say the wrong thing or she’ll scold him. Once those cameras turn off, I don’t doubt she acts differently which isn’t saying much given she doesn’t portray herself in a good light to begin with.
I agree that Lincoln cutting his hair was 100% staged. I wish she’d let him pick his own haircut. It hardly looks any different. Bonnie controls her entire family and she enjoys it.

Did she go to a hairdresser’s or sneak to Ellie's? Didn’t vlog any of the haircut!

It certainly doesn't look professionally done so maybe it was done at Ellie's house. It's quite uneven in the back but at least it looks better. Did you notice she and Ellie got their eyebrows done as well? They are not self-isolating but beauty comes before safety for the Griffiths.

It looks like they have less then ten cases in their county. They won’t take it seriously unless the severity of this pandemic hits closer to home.

But since they aren't taking it seriously, who knows how many asymptomatic carriers there are going around spreading it? It's contagious before symptoms exhibit. It's going to get bad there before it gets better.Ducklings4 wrote:It looks like they have less then ten cases in their county. Re: Bonnie Hoellein : Prairie Dresses and Parenting Messes | Part #59
Lol, someone on this board guessed that Bonnie would make a clickbait "lincoln cut his own hair" video when he finally got a haircut. She's so predictable.
I felt so bad for Lincoln in that clip. It was obviously staged, but then he didn't know whether to laugh or be scared of Bonnie's reaction. How does anyone look up to this woman or think she's a good mother?

Bonnie, this isn’t about YOU! Get over it and give him a real haircut! Poor Lincoln. I feel so bad for him.

She is so obsessed with his hair for some reason. There is so much going on in the world right now, no one cares about his hair length.PumpkinHead wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 6:12 pm Lol, someone on this board guessed that Bonnie would make a clickbait "lincoln cut his own hair" video when he finally got a haircut. Re: Bonnie Hoellein : Prairie Dresses and Parenting Messes | Part #59
I've been such a long time lurker here...I was trying to find the best in Bonnie for so long and actually felt bad for her for a while just reading the comments in here, but I'm just giving up at this point. I started watching her when she gave birth to Lincoln and was instantly hooked because her whole lifestyle was like mine, I was/am a stay at home Mom, and always felt judged and beat down by that. After the Hawaii vlogs, I feel everything changed in her and Joel. I really don't understand them at all. They have children who are begging for attention, who are desperately seeking it, and yet just let Bri be their guiding light, which actually probably benefits the kids, but they are their parents! So frustrated that I'm finally seeing it...reading her Instagram posts and comments sent me over the edge. She literally doesn't care about anything or anyone trying to help her. Most comments are them trying to point something out, not being rude at all, she takes it so personally. She's definitely entitled and has ruined Lincoln for sure...anyways I love all you gossips so much

Re: Bonnie Hoellein : Prairie Dresses and Parenting Messes | Part #59
Absolutely staged. Lincoln was so happy. Cody said " it doesn't look much different," even Boston thought it was going to be shorter. She's trying hard to get that viral, money making video. Thing is, viewers are seeing her for the arrogant, manipulative person she is and are unsubscribing and not watching. I'm still shocked by her bottom half. It just looks like she is sticking her rear out on purpose or is trying to hold in a fart. It's so unnatural looking. I feel so bad for Bree. Bonnie is so busy, she had to close herself in the bathroom to do makeup and hair so she could go out galavanting around town, putting her everyone in danger of this virus. Selfish and despicable.
Joel caught himself, first he says he doesn't know if the house is worth it, then corrected himself by saying, I think it's worth it, I know it's worth it. He's over it, he knows he made a big mistake.

I ask myself that question whenever I dare to read the comments on her Instagram. People think she's some kind of amazing mother. And I'm just gobsmacked. I actually saw a comment that one person, when she doesn't know what to do, thinks to herself "What would Bonnie do?". If I did that, I would do the opposite of what Bonnie would do.PumpkinHead wrote:Lol, someone on this board guessed that Bonnie would make a clickbait "lincoln cut his own hair" video when he finally got a haircut. I think part of it is that she talks a good game about motherhood when she yammers on Instagram. Ellie does too, sometimes. And for some reason, people swallow what they say, rather than noticing that their words and actions don't line up at ALL.

That smile in the after picture is so much more real than in the before picture. He's probably so happy that people are going to be less likely to think he's a girl.mollybaby wrote:Bonnie, this isn’t about YOU! Get over it and give him a real haircut! Poor Lincoln. I feel so bad for him.

Not that I thought he looked like a girl, but his asshole grandfather told him he did, and Lincoln himself obviously thought so because he mentioned it more than once. And being "girly" or a "sissy" seems to be a real crime in that family. Bonnie's always excusing allowing the boys to do dangerous things because she's "raising tough boys"
They are slaves to traditional gender roles in the Griffiths family.

Utah 1200 cases 7 deaths ! Entitled Bonnie off to the hairdressers!!! She is not even in the safe group age wise and with all her surgeries and medications consumption!!!
More so Linc is asthmatic and in serious danger if catching this virus! Irresponsible dangerous parent!

Re: Bonnie Hoellein : Prairie Dresses and Parenting Messes | Part #59
Cody and Boston would naturally think that Lincoln would get a haircut like theirs, not a bad trim. It’s like she wanted the oldest and the youngest to have long hair - bookends for the middle two. She buys matching outfits for her and Olivia, now she’s starting to do the same with Lincoln. Let’s hope it’s a once off, or the poor child will start asking why he dresses like his mother now.Todays drama wrote:Absolutely staged. Lincoln was so happy.
