I don't get it. Is she copying keren because she can't formulate an opinion herself or because she's following the wave of other YT moms that are having C-sections.

Didn't she explain why she's getting one? Also it's easier for Korina to come help them when the baby is coming on a specific date.
I saw a comment on one of their recent vlogs of a 12 year old girl saying she wanted to have a baby because of them. Wtf. They can say they have no responsibility to these kids or that they don't promote teen pregnancy, but Kyra has literally said that it's not as hard as adults make it out to be. I'm sorry, but her life and recent vlogs are very telling that it's not all sunshine and rainbows. I think her saying that is to defy all those "haters" said when she found out she was pregnant. Yes, you made it and you're making money, but you are not living the healthiest lifestyle and it's obvious you are struggling with things--relationship, depression, stress, and life in general. But she doesn't go in depth about these things and is so defensive of any little flaw that is pointed out. She is incredibly insecure and surely not at peace with her decisions in life. She still has open wounds she's not willing to discuss. It's good she's getting help, but she's not being honest with her viewers. And these kids are watching these fake smiles and listening to these statements of false bravery and seeing #goals.
Anyway, they aren't being too careful these last few vlogs of their location. I'm sure everyone here could find their apartments. Why do vloggers put their children at risk like that? No amount of money is enough to risk my child's safety.
In what vlog did she talk about her incision? I'm just curious. Lower transverse on the outside and vertical is pretty unusual, but not surprising as her c section was a true emergency.

Valentina is super cute!

It was a comment of the day a few days ago. Oscar wasn't with her if that helps.

YEP. I'm pretty sure thats what they are planning. She will be 39 weeks by then which is the required gestational age for a c-section to take place in non-emergency circumstances.

Oh sorry, I was just joking because someone else "guessed" that Kyra will have a c-section on February 14th and suggested the title: BABY BORN ON VALENTINE'S DAY
so I just developed the thought further
Didn't anybody think I knew the name? Sorry, for the misunderstanding!

No worries. I know a few people had mentioned it thinking it was true.

Any name guesses before this name reveal goes up?

Couldn't agree more. Not to mention her and Oscar are setting the example that money is the only obstacle you need to overcome when raising a family and thats total BS because there is so much more that goes into it than just having the ability to support your family financially. Of course I think it is awesome that they started vlogging and are now financially successful and in a good position to provide for their children, but why not invest in yourself more before continuing to have kids? Kyra and Oscar could both afford to put Levi in daycare part time and take college classes to gain a degree or certificate or some sort. They both have the social and emotional maturity of 15 year olds and no amount of money can fix that. I also agree that part of the vlogging experience is being open and emotional with your viewers and I think its annoying how they pretend to be all smiles and rainbows. It's interesting how even on Kyra's personal channel she has never done a sit down video about her upbringing/past/feelings & thoughts. Keren has been open about past traumatic experiences etc.. Not trying to compare the two but just bringing up an example of how other youtubers can be bright and cheery daily vloggers while also having real moments where they sit down and say what they are truly feeling/have felt.
I agree! Levi definitely inherited Kyra's features, though I wonder who he got the red/strawberry blonde hair from? Maybe Grandma Kathy was a redhead when she was younger. I wonder if his hair will darken as he ages.
I've never seen a child look soo much like both parents! When he's next to Kyra I'm like wow he looks just like her! But when you see the old videos of Oscar as a baby Levi looks like his twin with different coloured hair! I think the new baby will look pretty similar to Levi!
I have the opposite opinion. Yes Levi seems to have O's nose, but that's about it. He has red hair, and blue eyes? Both Kyra and Oscar have brown eyes. I just don't think he looks very much like either of them, besides the beak nose lolol!!
Kyra has green eyes and I don't think Levi's are blue are they? They look more green/hazel to me. But I agree with you both in a way. When Levi is next to Kyra they look SO much alike, down to their complexion. But in old videos Oscar is identical to Levi but with dark hair. Kyra and Oscar can look alike sometimes though in a way...if you really think about it. And that's common in couples.
In other news, why does the name reveal take three days to film Lol. They really don't need to make it a massive production... people just want to know the name at this point. I bet Oscar wanted to make it a huge deal Lol.
When she talks about her incision she again says Levi was born at 34 weeks "she thinks." Um what the fuck? What mother doesn't know or isn't sure when her child was born??? His due date supposedly was Nov 14 and he was born Oct 18. So he was born 4 weeks and 1 day "early." That's 8 days from being considered "full term." What kind of mom is she that she isn't certain? Is she stupid? Does she not remember?? I know this has been mentioned but hearing her talk about Levi's birth and how premature he was kind of pisses me off. She's clueless....

I had to leave this on their most recent vlog. God I have a feeling I'm going to get attacked by Bugbuddies. "They can do what they want with their money!"

Beautiful! That's exactly the question I would love Kyra to answer and how I feel! (But yes, unfortunatly you are probably going to be criticized)
olivialinnea101 wrote:This may sound really harsh.. but I don't get why both Keren and Kyra seem to not really want VBACS. They only say they do but its obvious they would just rather have repeat c-secctions. I work in the medical profession for an OBGYN and he has told me numerous times that in 80-90% of cases c-sections aren't medically necessary. Doctors and insurance companies make more money off of c-sections and due to liability reasons doctors in the USA are very quick to perform them. Kyra's first c-section was medically necessary of course. However the whole "Keren having narrow hips" is a total phenomenon. Yes, some women have a harder time dilating and the birthing process can take longer but it is better for the baby and mom WHEN POSSIBLE to have a vaginal birth. It seems like they both just want to take the fastest route to having their babies. Not to mention Kyra just wanting a c-section because its easiest to have something scheduled etc. I fully get that but whats best for you and your baby should come first! Hire a babysitter from care.com or something.... Also the bullshit Kyra said about her being cut a certain way with her c-section for Levi that puts her at higher risk for a VBAC is total bullshit. I have scrubbed down hundreds of c-section patients and assisted in loads of c-section procedures in women having them for the same reason Kyra did and they have gone on to have successful VBACS. Their risks remain the same as any other woman who had a c-section prior regardless of the reason for it. I want to see a damn vaginal birth vlog on youtube! I feel like every youtuber is getting a c-section lately....
I've only seen a few of Kerens vlogs so I'm not really sure what she's like but when it comes to her having a narrow pelvis it actually is pretty dangerous to have a baby vaginally. You're right that it can make the birthing process longer but if that happens it isn't safe for a baby to be stuck in the birth canal for a prolonged period of time because the contractions compress their heads. Which can cause other delivery problems. So it's not always better for mom and baby to have a vaginal birth.
In Kyra's case, I would think she would be all for a vaginal birth. I don't even understand why a c-section is an option? She didn't have a section the first time because of any pelvic abnormalities or delivery complications it was caused by placenta previa which isn't something that's guaranteed to happen every pregnancy. And I'm pretty sure her doctors have been looking out for that this entire pregnancy. So I'm just confused as to why she would be considering a c-section? I mean I had a vaginal birth with my own complications and have never had a section so I don't know a whole lot about it so I don't know.
Can't you schedule a birth? I remember bonnie going in with lincoln and I believe hers was scheduled. They popped her bag and then she started having contractions. I understand Kyra wantimg it to be scheduled, since they have Levi.

Yes you can schedule an induction but the policies on when is different depending on each OBGYN. My OB wouldn't schedule an induction until atleast 41 weeks pregnant (so you have to be atleast one week overdue)
