New vlog up. Shocker- their Crumbl application got denied. But they are in the process of trying to franchise another restaurant. Daniel says it’s pretty much a done deal (it’s not) and Kendal is over there talking like she knows things when she doesn’t. Apparently Daniel signed a bunch of financial disclosure forms and she had no idea. He also had one zoom meeting and thinks they’re a good match. I just can’t with these two idiots. Signing a disclosure form is basically like submitting an application. They just want to make sure you got the funds. It does not mean you are anywhere close to actually becoming owners. And the idiocy of them thinking their YouTube business is going to be similar to running a fully functioning restaurant is HILARIOUS. None of it transfers over. These two will be out of business before it even gets up and running.

Of course he goes over her head with the financial disclosure. That partially confirms my theory that Kendal might have absolutely no idea what her own bank account looks like. I'm going to double down on that theory and add to it: Daniel is not actually as passive as he seems and has a bit of control freak in him. He just puts on a nice face for the camera. Remember this is the same guy who once stayed home from work to discipline his child and then made her pray about it.

I was thinking the same thing… you do this so we can get views for having a rare male cheerleader and you get a phone. Ugh. Everyone is just a pawn in Kendal’s game. I hope if he’s doing cheer it’s because he actually enjoys it not because it’s literally all Kenny talks about and all she gives love and attention for. I can see Sebi saying he wants to do it just for Kenny’s affection.

Someone else on here (I can’t remember who, full credit to your though!) mentioned Bolay because they’ve been going more since talking about another franchise possibility. I think this could be it! If this is the case, it’s so funny that Danny says they match who they want as franchise owners because it’s like a health food restaurant so that means he probably put on the healthy living family act. All they need to do is watch one vlog to see health is not important to them at all (though they say/act like it is). What a good representation! With Kendal’s comments and such, what a good representation they’d be for any company! *eye roll*

I will likely have more to say later so I’ll probably post again lol. Did anyone notice Kap’s bathing suit in today’s vlog? It’s the black bikini top. I was a bit flabbergasted that Kenny let’s her wear it. If the neckline was just a little bit lower, you’d see something we shouldn’t be seeing… A teenager wearing this, eh, it up to them but I don’t think this is appropriate for a 12 year old!!! THEN filming her swimming around in it and stuff and putting that in the vlog. They made perfect content for creeps who watch family vloggers for gross reasons. It’s not about “slut shaming” or policing her clothing choices, it’s about protecting Kap from p*dos. Don’t forget, she may seem older sometimes but is only 12!!! This is why I don’t agree with family vlogging, it turns into exploiting children on the internet where people of all kinds can see it, even the creeps.

Yes…I’m not a prude but I wouldn’t be putting my daughter on the internet wearing that top…and Daniel was filming from above too which makes it even more revealing.

I’m glad some of you agree and that I’m not just turning into an old prude LOL. It seems like she’s grown up a lot during this last year in some aspects but, in others, she’s still very immature. She tries to act older than she; it’s often easy to forget she’s only 12 years old. Kendal seems to be enjoying the “older” Kap so she lets her be that way including letting her wear clothes that Brin and EV weren’t allowed to at that age. On the Daniel thing, he films so many inappropriate and sexual things (like their tiktok dances) which is bad enough but then he chooses to leave them in the vlog and that’s entirely his choice.

I just looked it up and Bolay is not a franchise opportunity. It’s def not chick-fil-a because that is a highly selective process and there’s no way they’d be considered with NO food and restaurant experience.

I think it’s going to be a smaller franchise- maybe one that is just local to the area or Florida. I just hope Daniel’s parents don’t get roped into a financial commitment with this. There’s no way KD has all the capital to do this on their own.

Didn’t they even go get boba in the newest video where they’re talking about the new franchise? I can’t imagine them running a fast food place other than chick-fil-a. The only other places I can think of is Starbucks or Dunkin’ but I highly doubt it. I’m interested to see if you’re right!

If they treat their employees the way Kendal treats their commenters, they’re going to end up with so many HR complaints and possibly getting sued (I don’t know if this is true or not but is Canadians have the impression that Americans are pretty sue happy). The word will get around quickly that they don’t treat their employees with respect and they won’t be able to find anyone to hire. I’m sure the girls will be working there underage. KD but especially Kenny can’t take accountability for anything like no, her camera was not stolen, she lost it but can’t own up to it. They like to make their own rules so can imagine them not liking following labor laws. That’s what they’ll blame when their business ends up sinking… I can hear Kenny’s spiel already: “no it’s not our fault! It’s these stupid labor laws that won’t let us run our store like it should be run!”

Daniel getting Kenny an iPhone 13 max (I think) for Mother’s Day has proven they lied in the past. There’s a video from the fall saying the whole family got iPhone 13s. The commenters were annoyed because nobody got those phones but Kenny said that she got one so her clickbait is fine. She didn’t actually get the phone in that vlog though, Daniel said they had to be ordered in and it would take a couple weeks. This was in October, it’s now May and only now does Kenny get the phone. I think it wasn’t out of stock in October, I think after buying phones for the 3 girls, he realized how much money it was costing so they couldn’t afford their iPhone 13s at the time. They are terrible liars!

I saw someone post about "I thought you got the 13 already?" and then went back and it's gone... so, they must have deleted it. haha! But, yes.. I remember that vlog.. right after Kapri got her phone for her birthday and they HAD to get Evie and Brin a new phone too, which I found rude. Why do families do that? You get something special for someone for their birthday, and the next day/week.. you get the same thing for everyone else? It makes it no longer feel like it was a special gift.. because they got it for everyone else too, kwim? The other girls could have waited for THEIR birthdays, or a special occasion! That wasn't fair to Kapri.. and I don't care if they came out and said "Kapri was okay with it" They lied. Just like Sebi could have waited til his birthday for a phone, but.. I guarantee, it's a bribe for him joining cheer!

I am so over Kendal Rich. I’m not even sure I care enough to ‘gossip’. She is a pathetic excuse for a parent. Feeding her kids negative feelings…are you nervous, are you stressed, do you have anxiety? Clearly neither Brinley nor Evie felt ANYTHING about cheer tryouts but Kendal can’t contain her own emotions and projects onto her kids who seem to be remarkably normal despite being raised by HER.
As for getting new phones….do they even have to vlog about THAT? The days of Apple Store/Product vlogs are long over. No one cares anymore. People get new phones all the time. Getting a new iPhone, or an old iPhone, is definitely not aspirational!
Even the cheer vlogs don’t get the views.
I don’t know why she posts Crumbl ads on her IG stories. Crumbl still won’t give them a franchise.
I can see them opening a smaller coffee franchise…like that Cuban coffee shop she sometimes raves about in West Palm Beach…or a Boba franchise like someone else mentioned. I originally said Bolay but someone above said there are no Bolay franchises available.
We’ve had visitors so I haven’t really watched her IG or the vlogs properly in the last few days, but I can’t say I feel like I’ve missed out. However, she’s definitely pushing that demon girl in the cinema thing. It’s obviously photoshopped. Why is she so desperate for everyone to see her editing skills?

Any franchise would kick Daniel to the curb. He is so clueless when it comes to business. I keep thinking back to the time he was easily scammed out of thousands of dollars just by one text.

Another time Evie was ordering those ugly nike sneakers off a website that had a Russian extension (not .com and .net etc) and he told her how cool that she found the sneakers cheaper. Didn’t even ask her if the online outlet was safe to order from.

Oh, and we are STILL waiting to hear about the supposed closing of the Margaritaville house!!!
