Re: OKBaby- Part 3: #SaveLevi
Wait he went to bed it was really light out still, how long did they let him cry for it was really dark when he was cleaning up the spit up and I feel so bad for whoever owns that apartment Oscar had a bottle of dish soap to clean it up with and dry oxyclean! Is that a thing I'm confused!

Long time lurker of this thread!
I agree with mostly everything people say on here, just to state that right away. But I have noticed that I see Oscar is improving as a dad? He interacts with Levi more and more each video it seems, and it also seems like he takes constructive criticism when it comes to playing with Levi and such. I can't explain it. His wrinkles are insane for his age, but you have to think, dealing with Kyra and being the sole parent taking care of their son can be stressful
Today, as they were cleaning the kitchen (which was disgusting may I add) OSCAR was the one walking around cleaning and helping with Levi. They put him to bed and he threw up everywhere and guess who cleaned it all up? Oscar. As soon as he was walking out, Kyra appears and takes Levi out of his hands. And then Oscar goes and cleans some more. Kyra, you aren't fooling anyone! We can tell that your own child would rather be with his dad. Don't try and push him to like you more. It doesn't work that way!
Side note, I'm very glad they decided to take Levi to the library and get him some books. Hopefully they supervise him with them, and actually read them to him!

I suspect he was crying for awhile. I decided to see what the whole YouNow was all about last night. It seems as though he was crying the whole time she was on YouNow and I think Oscar was editing.webbygurl626 wrote:Wait he went to bed it was really light out still, how long did they let him cry for it was really dark when he was cleaning up the spit up and I feel so bad for whoever owns that apartment Oscar had a bottle of dish soap to clean it up with and dry oxyclean! But from her Twitter she likes the CIO method (cry it out). So let them cry for as long as they need until they tire themselves out. As long as you've given them everything they could need and you don't believe there's anything else they're crying for (wet diaper, ect).
Letting them go to long or be hysterical, I think there's limits. That's just frustrating and terribly upsetting.

How long was she on Younow for? And you could hear him crying? That is awful. And Oscar has already gone in there, gotten him to stop crying, started vlogging, and cleaned up his puke (which was ALOT for a baby that age) before she even walked in the room and he told her he puked. I have never seen a mom with such little concern for her child, a BABY nonetheless.

They've really been working with Levi when it comes to walking. I definitely think he's going to be a baby that skips crawling and goes straight to walking.

That's what I thought Oscar said he was so worked up that he puked poor thing they don't realize they have created a monster with him needing a bottle to fall asleep, that is why there are binkies.Neonbatsintrees wrote:I suspect he was crying for awhile. Im guilty of having kids young all together (2.5-3 years between) and it FUCKS UP YOUR BODY. Lets not even get into the emotional side of things either.
They also said they had been trYing for 3 months.
Which means levi was 3 months old when they were trying for a baby....
Idiots.

Re: OKBaby- Part 3: #SaveLevi
It is interesting to me how much Levi prefers Oscar. I think it has to do with the fact Oscar is warmer, more emotionally available and over all just does more with Levi. I know some babies prefer dad because mom is home all day and dad is more interesting. But they're BOTH home every single day. So it's very interesting. I think he feels safer with Oscar.
They've really created a monster with the bottle to go to sleep. It's so annoying also whenever they go in the car they give him a bottle. On the way to the library, Levi was perfectly content without a bottle. Yet they still offered it.
It really is stressful watching them.

Am I the only one who thinks that some of the books they got for Levi aren't developmentally appropriate for his age?
It's so funny how they act like their little library trip is the most exciting thing, but I'm glad they went.

She mentioned him having issues going to bed in the beginning of the YouNow. It sounded like it got louder (she hears something), she said "that can't be him still crying" (along those lines), and then the throw up thing happens at the very end of the YouNow.
By the way it all sounded, he was having problems going to bed. I know she CIO's and paired with the timeline on the vlog and on YouNow, he probably did puke from crying for so long and eventually got really upset. That and paired with eating to much plus a bottle before going to bed.

Re: OKBaby- Part 3: #SaveLevi
I think what happened was since she is doing the CIO method they obviously have to ignore his cries, making him so worked up that he begins to vomit. My little sister used to do that when she was really angry she would just start vomiting from all the hysterical crying.

Also, I don't know much about pregnancy but does anyone know why Kyra looked so different during her first pregnancy? I just find it weird she gained so much weight with Levi but isn't this time. I'm assuming it's not all about her diet either because we see her eating unhealthy all the time.

Re: OKBaby- Part 3: #SaveLevi
It has been SCIENTIFICLY PROVEN how dangerous crying it out is...
It causes so much stress, anxiety, anD even shows damage to the brain.
RESEARCH THIS KYRA.
My god...how could you let your child scream until the vomit.
And they are both so disgusting they probably didn't clean his crib out fully and still put him on those nasty sheets.

An hour? That is awful. I am against CIO period but an hour is straight up dangerous and completely cruel. Not to mention isn't he completely in the dark when they put him to bed? Poor little guy.Neonbatsintrees wrote:An hour?blahblahblahhh wrote:How long was she on Younow for? And you could hear him crying? That is awful.
