I get the feeling Nia over exaggerates how much she loves the cabin. She knows it's Sam's special place and feels super excluded when he's there. I still think she doesn't trust him (who would?!) she just wants to be included. What a sad life she lives, constantly trying to get love and affection from a narcissistic weirdo.
Looks like she is planning on home schooling in the Fall. I doubt that's going to last long. She already complains about the little free time she has even though they ship the kids off to the grandparents every weekend. Their kids are already socially weird and Abram is super aggressive with no reprimanding.

Yes, did you see the post on her Insta (the oil page) that she said, she could not wait to start with her own curriculum, why is she so intent on no using teaching materials from professionals.....I am very afraid for their kids if she does homeschooling full time, they will not learn anything.
As it has been said before, why is she so gung ho, to homeschool, when all she does is complain about no having enough time to get anything done already....but she wants to throw 3 kids into the mix at home.....can't see it lasting. I could see her teaching for a couple of hours a day, then the kids are free to do nothing.
These kids are poster children for needing socializing, they don't seem to play with kids in the neighborhood (if there are any) and only play with Sandys kids, they are all in dire need of socializing with their peers.
Did you see where Nia is now a speech therapist, and has solved all of Abrams speech problems............what is it with these two that they shun professionals, Sam can do everything better than the cabin workers, plumbers/electricians etc, and Nia can teach better than professionals and speech therapist..............Lord help these kids.
It does not help Abram when he gets in trouble that Sam laughs at him, he really does not know what is right from wrong.

I think Sam and nia are going downhill very quickly. Their vlogs are so boring. I know we are in a quarantine right now but that is no excuse. Today’s vlog we watched the kids clean their rooms and then the big surprise was a board game. We spent the rest of the time watching them play.

To be perfectly honest I think the cabin that Sam spent all of his spare time working on is hideous. The colors, the wood the stones and the used furniture is just too much. Everything is brown or beige. Something a man would pick out. My dad was a professional builder for many years but when it can to picking out colors he used a woman to do it. He knew he was not able to choose the right colors so he had a woman do it. This is what Sam should have done but I think he is too much of a narcissist. I am going to stop watching this vlog for a while.

Their vlogs ARE going down hill. All Nia's fake happiness, Nia promising an "exciting vlogs, special events...blah...blah...blah....tiling their backsplash and hooking up a stupid woodburning stove does NOT make for an exciting vlog!

Just the fact that Nia thinks that if she smiles a big fake smile, sings her words, and dances awkwardly around the house she will come across as a happy homemaker (god, I can't even believe I am saying these words!) All this just makes for a very strange, sad vlog.

I feel sorry for these people. The parents seemed stressed and very unhappy, and the kids are very stressed out. Why are they staying at this stupid cabin anyway?? They have got to be bored to death with each other!

I hate to agree with Sam, but a simple white subway tile would have been much cheaper and looked a lot better. Nia's decorating skills seem to be limited to sticking an oil defuser on every surface.

So Sam installed the wood stove wrong. He didn't make the whole in the roof big enough so there isn't the 2 inch clearance. Yet another hazard to potential renters! Remember when all the contractors refused to install it for liability reasons? You would think that a light bulb would have gone off in Sam's head that it was serious and he would have done some research on proper installation.

Another exciting vlog today (NOT). We get to watch Nia mop the floor, and Sam grout the kitchen tile (which is hideous and already looks dated).

Add whining from Abram and Nia acting all excited that she "gets to go grocery shopping", makes for a very dull video.

I don't know who edited this vlog, but they did a horrible job. I guess they wanted to showcase the music for some reason (they didn't mention it so I can't imagine why), but it was so overpowering you couldn't hear them talking at times.

Thoughts on the latest few vlogs:

The backsplash looks like it belongs in a retirement home from the 90's. Yes Nia, subway tile would have been way better. She has no sense of style. She gets what she likes but doesn't think of how they will look together. Just like the easter egg blue house with wall in every room being a different color.

Nia is constantly begging for approval. I think either Bebo gushed over everything Nia did growing up or she's just that insecure but opening up a can of pie filling and rolling out premade piecrust isn't that amazing.

Sam is for sure bipolar, you can see in every blog whether he is in a high or low, he's either manic or in bed.

I hate the wood wall, everyone is going to get splinters on their legs sitting there.

Nia posted on her instagram that one day was a super emotional day and we'll see it in an upcoming blog but it has nothing to do with Oreo. I think that the cabin didn't pass inspection or they figured out that they can't sustain their lifestyle with just youtube. They rarely get over 40k on vlogs now and with 2.6 million subscribers you know about 75% are either fake accounts or dead accounts. But we wont see that vlog for another week. They're so behind.

Can you imagine the bugs in the pieces of log that Sam cut up and stuck on the back of the counter (not sure what you call that area). It's not only ugly as sin, but I'm sure it's full of ants and spiders. Gross!

Did anyone else see the smoke coming out of the wood stove and float up into the second floor?? What a fire hazard!!! Did they even bother to put up smoke detectors??

Sam looks like he's heading towards the "low" of his bipolar disease. I feel sorry for these kids.

I don't think that the cabin is insured and I think they are going to find it impossible to find a company to offer the kind of coverage that would replace the cost of all the expensive materials while also having a unlicensed builder/plumber/electrician having made the whole thing.

Nia said her YL sales covered their mortgage this month. I feel like she is probably her own biggest customer reinvesting most of it into more oils. They have such a tiny audience now, that can't amount to many people viewing and buying her product. My guess is she has an entire closet somewhere stocked full of oils that got her to silver level.

They need to stop vlogging. Just STOP. They are just too boring....adding music and dancing does not make the video worthy of vlogging.
Nia's pimping out jewelry and gets too excited over making deviled eggs. Is she for real?? Who the hell wants to watch/gets excited over cleaning a bathroom (which she should not have had to clean up), and making deviled eggs.

I bet in about three days there is going to be a vlog called "I can't believe she lost THIS!" and it's going to be Symphony having a meltdown because she lost her sister ring (Juliet has already lost hers) the whole vlog is going to be them looking for it and Sam is going to find it and Nia will dance around and gush about how great of a husband and daddy Sam is (even though this is the first interaction he would have had with his girls in a few days).

ugh, I'm not watching that vlog, I'm not in the mood for them to be over dramatic about selling a trailer. Apparently they need to pay the bills somehow!

Nia is such a blatant liar! On her instagram she answered the question "why are you having people over during quarantine?" She said "our neighbors are quarantined as well and we only play outside together." There is video footage of the kids in their house and their kids are constantly over at the neighbors house. Now Matt and Andrea are at the cabin who live in downtown Dallas! Such liars!

Yes, Nia is lying about the kids playing with the neighbors kids in the cabin, does she think people do not watch the vlogs?

Really having Matt and his wife coming to the cabin, it not the social distancing, and quarantining, I really don't know if they are truly stupid or just don't care.....I really don't know at this point.

Yes, I do believe that Nia is spending more money on the oil/thieves products, than any money she could be making, and Sam selling this stuff is really stupid, I think he just puts his name on anything Nia wants to do.
