He needs to stop calorie restricting and being anal about eating a specific weight of actual healthy food. He's losing energy from that, and add working out intensely on top of staying up until 3am editing. He's just a mess. Kyra cooks (mostly) healthy foods for dinner, and he won't even eat most of it because it's too high in calories. As an athlete you'd think he would know that energy input (calories) equals energy output. I hit a plateau in my weight loss and as soon as I stopped religiously counting calories and staying within my 'limit' and started focusing on snacking on fruits and vegetables whenever im hungry and generally filling myself up on mostly good food I dropped 2kgs within a couple of weeks. Severe calorie restricting slows weight loss because your body clings onto everything.
