I know Everleigh is just a kid, but she was making such stupid faces during the dance. Very over the top and dramatic. Why can’t they teach her to just smile and relax like the adult dancer was doing?

That’ll come later. I think it’s a good thing she’s not shy to express herself. She’s a great performer. If you’ve ever seen little kids compete, often the critique is they need to be more expressive.

Her facial expressions make her look like a clown and all she does is stomp around the stage. A lot of 6 year olds have a lot more control and facial awareness. I would be fuming if I was paying for dance lessons and this was the result!

Cole and Sav won't care until their views drop or until it starts costing Everleigh awards at competitions.

I think the reasoning for getting Posies ears pierced is weird. Because everleigh pulled hers out when she got them done at 7 months, so Sav said that was “too late”. Why not just wait until she can decide for herself, if she wants them or not. Oh right, because Cole said she will be afraid of the pain. How do you know? Take them to a professional piercer and it’s not nearly as bad.

No offense to anyone who has their infants ears pierced, I had mine done as an infant and I don’t really care but their reasoning was what bothered me. Had they not said any of that, then whatever.

Cole said he was worried Posie would be "afraid of the pain" if they waited until she could make the decision?
So effing what? If she doesn't get her ears pierced, how does it affect him?
They're so weird.

My parents didn’t pierce my ears until I was old enough to want and ask for piercings, which is when I was in like third grade. Yes I was afraid of the pain, but I wanted my ears pierced so I just braced myself for it. Because I was old enough to do so. Why does he NEED his child to have pierced ears? Because it’s what girls are “supposed” to do?

I think babies look adorable with their ears pierced. I wasn’t allowed to get mine done until I was 14.

The only reason to pierce a babies ears is for your own vanity which is appalling IMO. But then I also wouldnt be sexualising my 6 year old with skimpy costumes, a face full of makeup and raunchy dance moves!

Yeah their reasoning was really weird tbh. It didn’t make sense. If Posie grows up and wants to get her ears pierced, then she should be able to cope with the pain if she really wanted it. That’s what I did. I didn’t get mine done until I was about 14. It doesn’t even hurt that much lol. And I guarantee they won’t even clean the piercings properly

Also Cole was really off with Everleigh in that whole video. Like when she blew a raspberry in the car Cole’s reaction was so cold. And when Everleigh showed her jumping on the stairs, Cole reacted with the most stale and unenthusiastic “wow that’s awesome”

COle literally said “every girl wants their ears pierced” and they made it seem like it needed to be done, not like a for fun thing. Not every girl wants their ears pierced, I had mine done as a baby and never wore earrings as a kid. If she can’t handle the pain at 2+ years old and chooses not to get them, then wait until she old enough/mature enough to understand that getting earrings means painful piercings. It doesn’t have to be done, their reasoning was so weird.

My boyfriend’s ex insisted on piercing their daughter’s ears as an infant and she hates it. She’s so self conscious of her ears because you can still tell they’re pierced. I just don’t see the point to piercing ears as an infant. They compared the pain to a shot... but shots are medical and pierced ears are vanity. I dunno, it’s not for me. Just wait for the kid to want it.

Aside from that, did anyone chuckle at them getting Chik Fil E after plugging the app and claiming they’re eating healthier? Or roll their eyes when Cole mentioned they were getting tacos and then mentioned Sav’s taco shirt that he claimed they didn’t realize she was wearing despite pointing it out before shilling the app.

Do we think they’ll get entirely new furniture for the new house or just fill in the extra space? They already have a ton of furniture. The house should be pretty set minus the guest house but if they kept their old leather couches then they’d have a living room set.

His ‘logic’ is flawed.
I had mine done as an infant. As soon as I was old enough to take them out, I did. I haven’t worn earrings since.

It’s all about vanity. What’s the bet someone couldn’t tell she was a girl and they freaked out.

i find infants look so weird with pierced ears. their ears stick out like a monkey or something and it reminds me of toddlers and tiaras where they are trying to look older than they actually are. just my personal opinion. also i know plenty of girls that don’t have or want their ears pierced. in my opinion piercing should be a child’s choice. they know the pain and it’s like 2 seconds. i had mine done when i was 7 and my friends had all told me their experience but i still wanted it. also i feel like with infant ear piercings they can pull them out or touch them and infect them.

I didn’t get my ears pierced till I was 9 and i still wear them because i enjoy them, but it was my choice and i had to go up to my parents and ask.

If someone couldn’t tell posie was a girl so they decided to pierce her ears is just to weird to me if it bothers you that much than put in a bow. I don’t have a problem with ear piercing an infant, but i would rather my children come ask me so they get to make that choice. their reasoning was just odd like if Cole was worried she would feel pain why not wait till
she was old enough to make a decision.

Because “every girl wants their ears pierced” so his logic was basically that her ears being pierced is inevitable so they might as well do it now and get it over with for her. No consideration over whether or not she might actually want them because “every girl does.” They could’ve just said they thought it was cute and wanted it done but it sounded like it was expected of them to do it. The way savanah kept saying “this age is too old, this is too young so this age is perfect” was weird too. Like, does it matter?

It wasn’t “she can decide on her own later” it’s “she will definitely want it so we’re getting it”

I was 11, my parents attempted to make my sister and I wait til we were 13 to have them pierced. They paid for my sister at 13 to have hers done and she chickened out - so i got mine done (non refundable lol). Once i had mine done - she threw a wobbly and got hers done too

My oldest daughter had been asking since she was 3.5 years old, hubby finally caved when she was nearly 6. Our second daughter had been asking since she was 3! We held her off til a month after her 5th birthday.

Personally i dont like pierced ears on infants, most places that pierce ears here only do it on over fives and they have to verbalise that they want it done themselves, if they dont verbalise then they refuse to do it. The one place here that does babies and infants has recently been in a bit of trouble regarding piercing babies (hygiene for one!). I think children should have to ask for it themselves, if you are putting permanent holes in someones body you should have their consent.

I was on Facebook when this video popped up and I couldn’t help but screen shot!

Cole with his chicken ass legs. He looks like a teen boy who smells like bad BO.
