The amount of carbs in an açaí bowl is more than one person on the keto diet should have in an entire week. Acai bowls have loads of sugar because guess what KERN, FRUIT IS NOTHING BUT SUGAR AND WATER.

Also egg yolks are fabulous for keto dieters because they contain many nutrients that many carb low foods lack. So the egg whites are really useless in a keto strict diet.

Sorry for all the keto talk, I have been on it for 7 months and it pisses me off that she acts like she knows ANYTHING about keeping on that diet long term.

42 carbs for the small ravioli portion... pair that with a 20g carb Starbucks drink and you’re double the recommended amount for any given day. And that’s saying she didn’t eat anything else all day.

Cereal in bottles can be extremely dangerous. My family member's four month old baby died after given a bottle like that and he spit up in the middle of the night and aspirated it into his lungs. This was over 15 years ago before people knew better. Obviously most babies that have been fed like that do just fine but it does happen.

Ok, I know nothing about raising kids. I have nieces but that doesn’t count bc I didn’t raise them. Anyway, y’all keep saying feeding Suh-in cereal is dumb bc it adds zero nutritional value and it would be better to feed him milk...is it a totally dumb question to wonder if she’s feeding him cereal to cut back on his caloric intake so he can stop gaining weight?

If that doesn’t make sense, go ahead and laugh and carry on. I know everything there is to know about raising dogs but when it comes to kids, Keren can rest assured that there is at least one person in the world that knows less than her.

It would make him gain more weight, especially since they put it in his bottles and he’s already over fed.

I was thinking about it earlier and I don’t think Kern has one single redeeming quality about herself...it’s just so sad. My son was born about 3 weeks before their Landon and he doesn’t speak at all...his pediatrician wasn’t super concerned cause TONS of kids just stay quiet for a while and then BOOM they can say a million words...but as his mom I was his ADVOCATE and said I was concerned and wanted to get him some help. We now have weekly visits with a program called Help Me Grow that comes TO YOUR HOME for FREE to help them out. There’s literally no excuse to not do something like that. Sure maybe he is just fine and maybe this won’t help but there’s no harm in trying.

I went to the website, and you can filter the food by what you want. I hit "low carb" and that meal wasn't even on there. So maybe she should try a bit harder. Especially considering she's not actually doing anything

And khoa was like “uh oh Sutton is up” even after Sutton had been screaming in the background. That wasn’t a “hey I just woke up come get me” kind of scream, that sounded like a “HEY IVE BEEN WAITING HERE COME GET ME” kind of scream.

To me it just sounded like she was totally reaching. Just cuz you felt sick you though it was possibly some food you ate? She didn't know if it was actually expired. She never mentioned the food looked or tasted spoiled. There's a million other reasons why she could have felt crappy so why start reaching about the food? Although she did say she didn't refrigerate it which I thought was super strange, I thought these were fresh meals that came refrigerated already. Plus don't they have an expiration date on the container? She is literally insane and it's her fault the food was bad if that was even it!!!

It’s crazy that on the website for those meals it doesn’t even give all the nutrition info. Fiber should be listed because it’s net carbs that need to be watched. You basically subtract the fiber off the carbs. You would think all the info would be there.

She did say something strange like “I saw it expired in two days so I didn’t put it away” or something making it sound like she left it on the counter... like... I doesn’t matter when it expires if it’s supposed to be in the fridge. She’s so freaking strange.

If she is on diet pills or something that’s causing her weird behavior it could be that messing with her. Gotta be careful with that stuff, some diet pills cause seepage. Wouldn’t be too hot for Instagram.
