Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
So I was up early and already watched today’s vlog. She mentions spending a million dollars at Sephora. She makes a comment about the new stroller either not being up to her bougie standards or it was. I wasnt clear. Either way she admits to her bougie taste. Booster seat she bought is very expensive but I have the same one and I think it’s worth it for safety but my point is....to reiterate earlier posts... she is spending a lot of money and it’s showy and she’s going to alienate people. Look...I admit to being a little in my own bubble sometimes and I don’t always realize how fortunate I am (at least financially) when I venture outside my life but I can acknowledge that and then don’t boast about it online.
Also for someone who just lost a pet of nine years that I loved hard and has also been struggling to conceive my third child for three years, hearing her say she woke up in a mood today while going on a walk in the middle of the day during the week with her husband three healthy kids and dog make me ragey.
That’s all I have for now.

In today's video at about 12:45 Elle mentions that Forde has been weighing himself all the time to see if he is over 40 lbs so that he can move on to the next phase of his carseat configuration.. that makes me kinda sad that at age 5 he weighs himself constantly, especially considering what we've seen in Elle's past (and present?) with regards to body image/weight

I’m behind on videos - we’ve hardly been home this summer! She is not worth using up data.
Just wanted to say to Notablogger that I’m really sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye to your dog is the fucking worst. I know this pain all too well. Big hugs to you and your family.

Ugh spending spree in Sephora? How minimalist of you Elle. Like everyone said before, normally shopping sprees are non-issue. Elle preaching minimal mindedness, boasting about preferring high priced items and also shopping like a maximalist is going to piss off regular viewers.
I don't know why she is having a hard time finding cruelty free/vegan makeup and skincare. A quick google search can do that for you. Well.ca also has tons of brands that fit the bill. Also, can't she just google "Is Glossier cruelty free" because that certainly answered that conundrum she is supposedly having in 2 seconds.

Tarte has an entire line of items that are specifically labeled vegan and cruelty-free, and I love the ones I've tried. I'd imagine they're available in Canadian Sephoras. There are sections of the store dedicated to vegan makeup.Seriouslysweetie wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2019 11:13 am

Idk why she cares if it’s vegan. She isn’t vegan. She has a leather purse and eats cheese and Breyers ice cream daily.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
Okay I watched yesterday’s vlog because I’m awake at 4am for no reason.
Thank goodness for people like Elle, who tell us the cure for sadness/depression is to GET OUT IN NATURE. If only more people knew this groundbreaking life hack. THE HARDEST PART IS GETTING OUT THE DOOR, she says. But she’s had NO postpartum depression this time, you guys. Maybe it’s because she finally got the girl she’s always wanted. Also love how she spends the entire family outing ignoring everyone because she’s too busy vlogging about NATURE and her bougie stroller.
That Clek booster seat is really cool, but I feel like Forde should still be in a 5 point harness. The Britax Frontier harnesses to 58” tall and converts into a high back booster later on - that would have been my choice. It’s $100 more than the Clek but that would be worth it to me, and I’m sure there are other more affordable ones. Not that Elle cares about finding affordable options anyway.
For someone who claimed to care so much about car seat safety (and then ignored her “expert’s” safety recommendations like no seat protectors or headrest mirrors, but went out and bought a $65,000 van because they’re all just SO TALL), I’m surprised she’s not only going with a belted booster, but is trusting Forde to belt himself in. That’s a no from me. She has two other kids who will distract her. If Forde doesn’t get his fit correct and she has forgotten to check it even one time, it would be dangerous in an accident. Always, always, always buckle your kids in yourself to ensure they’re fit correctly every time.

Yes!!! I’m not even super obsessive about car seat safety, I try my best but I’m always learning. BUT. it irritates me when people pretend to be SUPER SUPER VIGILANT about safety and then disregard basic rules like no extra accessories or mirrors.

The fucking fake is strong lately!!! I’ve noticed she’s been putting filters on her face by the blur on her lower face, I screenshot these two today but I accidentally deleted the one I got the other day. I really had to snicker at her #nofilter. Bitch. You need to lie better!

And I wonder how many times she took that photo before she found one she liked enough to post. At least a few dozen, I’m sure!Margie wrote:The fucking fake is strong lately!!! First of all thank you to all you kind ladies who sent your condolences. I truly appreciate it.
Secondly I came here to say run to her insta stories to see her bullshit no filter claim. She one hundred percent used a filter. No wonder your audience doesn’t connect with your phoniness Elle.

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
Notablogger, I’m sorry to hear about your loss. That would be devastating.
The vegan makeup is also all about those #hashtags. Gotta try to squeeze in as many as possible. And ‘engaging’ with her audience by asking stupid questions a little google search could resolve.
Didn’t she have clek floof previously, then was gifted the Britax and went on and on about how much better it was. Then now she’s back to clek? I’d have to search it so don’t quote me on this.
And the no filter crap? We’ve ALL seen those wrinkles. Even IF it’s no filter it’s definitely full of injections, dyes and fillers - and some liposuction

Re: The Lindquists: Welcome to hELLE | Part 2
So today's video is all about baby products Elle regrets buying. I love that she includes the wipes that she had a sponsorship back when Cohen was tiny- get that $$ and bounce girl!!
Also she's talking about how disposable wipes aren't good for the environment and goes "we aren't a zero waste family by any means- we use dryer sheets!" like thank you for clarifying that

Mmm. Ingesting topical MLM essential oils daily in her coffee - no wonder this lady is cray.

So today's video she talks about products she regrets buying, goes on to say boogie and paci wipes are unnecessary and you don't need them and then says she did a partnership with boogie wipes. So more proof she endorses products just for money and then turns around and says but you don't actually need it. Like I can't with her oh and also does anyone else notice how she always seems like she hates Cohen? I mean he's annoying whiny brat but she seems to like her other two more then him. She always refers to him being difficult, the nursing issues spitting up, tantrums I could go on.....

Look at her instagram stories- Dan took the boys on a camping trip with some other families (I believe it's through their church group) and she's posting screenshots of the parents' group text in which Elle derides Cohen! Nice!SamanthaS27 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 17, 2019 8:06 amSo today's video she talks about products she regrets buying, goes on to say boogie and paci wipes are unnecessary and you don't need them and then says she did a partnership with boogie wipes. Wow I literally just saw that!! Instead of mocking him on social media for always crying and throwing fits why not try to figure out why he acts that way. probably because he's so deprived for attention, and or has an underlying issue. they mentioned social anxiety but it seems to me there is something more going on than just that.

She reposted the text thread and blacked something out. I saw the original text thread but I can’t remember what it was?
