My doctor said 5 words at 15 months is what they look for but language is one of those things.. some kids talk sooner some talk later and there is a large range for normal with talking just like walking.

I think Emma is secretly a genius and is "literally" so over her parents shit that she just doesn't want to interact or talk with them. She's like "dear God what have I done to deserve this life".
Also, who ever said their daughter says 20 words at one years old and can use a cup and fork definitely has a super advanced baby! Lol that's amazing. My 16 month old wants a fork but says "I need I need" until I put food on the fork. Then he puts the fork into his mouth. The stabbing the food part trips him up lol

I think 10-14 days? But the week of the 12th we will get some sort of answer. Depending on how long she waits to announce if it worked or not.
I think she might delay posting a video just to create hype, get her fans riled up so she can pull some higher numbers. Shes barely hyped this cycle up at all and she wont pull views because theres no intrigue.

They of course were not told a name or address one of the members of my friends church heard the request from her friends church in Temecula. She had the same thought I did Rachelle. It sounds just like her of course that is 100% speculation based on how she begs for stuff and the dates running together.

My husband is in LE, and he basically hates his job (looking for something else). But he doesn't quit, and he does it because he's a MAN, and wants to provide for his wife and daughter. Well, also my husband has a wife who actually appreciates him. I know Justine can't relate.

Yes! My husband hates hates hates where he works now. Loves his job, just hates the place(he's a foreman underground) and he would never jeopardize our lives and our kids lives just because of that. He sucks it up, leaves work at work, and goes in the next day with a smile on his face.
Justine will NEVER be a kick-ass husband/father like our husbands. Because he doesn't want to. He's so incredibly lazy and it's disgusting.

I happened to see a video pop up from when she got Beau and she was shopping for a crate and everything was SO expensive so she was going to buy it online for much less. That crate that was SO expensive was the same price as Emma’s one pair of shoes. How did she get from military wife with husband on deployment penny pinching to two unemployed adults who spend up the wazoo for every little thing.

They’ll be making bank, eventually sell the house and make some type of profit, pay mom back and then move into their million dollar mansion.

And the small downpayment they had saved originally is probably going towards furnishing the place. Bc idk about you guys, but after I get a mortgage for that much I don’t think I’d want to go out and buy a huge sectional and dining room table. I wouldn’t have much money left I’d think. THANK YOU! She has been the main instigator of the house drama and was the one that actually called the realtor! She has caused nothing but trouble and i am so happy she’s gone.

This will be easy enough to check since owners names are on the deed. You can’t co-sign a mortgage without owning a proportional amount of the house since the house is collateral for the loan.

Does Rach’s mom work? What does she do?

I know everyone disagrees with me and thinks they’re getting major gifts from either of or both of their parents. But honestly logic doesn’t really support that because a) is there any evidence either family is well off? And b) why did they go from broke to living like this? Why would their parents suddenly be so generous?

The major thing that’s changed in their lives is that they went from normal blue collar jobs to depending exclusively on YouTube.

Why would her mom need to co-sign? Their credit is good so they wouldn’t need a co-signer. You can get a substantial gift from someone without them being an “owner” of the house.
