I think I remember her saying something like that too, I just personally would rather take the front bedroom, I am strange about having a toddler sleep by the front door like that and personally would gladly give up a sink to get more closet and bedroom space, plus it would be nice to be that close to the washer and dryer.

I like the apartment. It's a huge upgrade for them. Lily has a nice big room that she can grow into. I have a dog who's much larger than Benny and we live in a second-story apartment and it's no problem to walk her several times a day. We wanted a first-floor apartment, but they are very popular and none were available when we wanted to rent. It's probably the same in this case.

The new apartment is really cute! The windows are nice. I would die to have a closet like Lily lol!! The carpet will be a bitch to keep clean but it's a sacrifice to make for an apartment in a safer area and nicer inside.

I think the double sinks and deeper tub are her reasons. But she made it sound like Lily's bath time will be in the bigger tub anyways? I don't see why Vanessa and David are in the back at all.

My room was close to the entrance as a kid and I turned out fine lol. I'm sure she'll put child locks on the exterior door

Well, I wouldn't worry so much about my child[ren] getting out as I would be paranoid about someone coming in and my child's room being the first place they go into. Just paranoia at it's best, I guess.

yea the back room is pretty small, especially that closet! i can't imagine fitting all of m clothes in there, let alone sharing with someone else! isn't their closet already pretty full in their current apartment? i'd pick the bigger room if I were them, but oh well. whatever works for them.

I think Lily getting the bigger room makes it easier for it be half a playroom for her as well. For her toys and books, more room to play then going into the lounge area. Also if I had visitors I really wouldn't want them using the bathroom where I keep all my stuff. The bedroom they are getting is obviously the ensuite. Lily's was more likely thought out as a office/study/man cave then another bedroom hence the bathroom being connected to that room and the hallway.

I didn't finish her Packing video, but aside from her little complaint near the end, I haven't heard a lot of griping about her move. Moving is so stressful, but I kind of like that she didn't bitch and moan to the camera for weeks.

not 100% but im pretty sure that wagon is actually a collapsible utility wagon from the camping/sporting goods section of major stores. we have one for hauling groceries and trash and such since we live in an apartment and i need a free hand for my 1-year-old.
