One MAJOR aspect of the Mediterranean Diet is to eat mostly FRESH fruits and veggies and to avoid processed food.

Anyway did anyone watch the Disney vlog? I have a wait and see type job tonight so I had time to watch. Basically all Bri cares about is how quickly she can get a drink.
