I knew today's video would be a bore but seeing her guest's reaction at 4:20 was almost worth it--may just have been an awkward moment but the guest looks away and her facial expression/eye gesture looks like total boredom...4:47 her fake forced laugh at Elle's 'joke' looks painful... I don't think I can last any longer TOO BORRRRRRRRRRing.

Omg. I had to watch it just to see these that 4:20 clip is WORTH IT! She clearly does not like being referred to as “girlfriend” by Elle I’m dying!

I also find it odd that Elle referrs to all of these people as her “friend” they aren’t friends. She seems completely unaware of what a friend is. These are professionals that she’s met at random places. And it would seem more credible if she referred to them as such.

It's definitely not something uncommon parenting practices that we can learn from like homeschooling or RVing with 7 kids.

Exactly. 10 min on a gossip board every couple of days while I wait on my car to fill up with gas, or I wait on my son to get out of school, no biggie.

Every moment of her time she spends carefully orchestrating her life to make herself look like the skinniest, prettiest, smartest, healthiest, funniest, most knowledgeable mom ever. At the expense of her family (let’s remember for “Forde/uncut footage” incident).

I’ll take my life over hers any day.

YES! I would take my life too. When she was laughing on instastories over farting when Dan helped her up, me and my husband were both cringing and having a judgemental discussion over that. Poor Dan was trying to hug her and she was flat out ignoring him because she obviously “NEEDED to story this so people an see how funny and relatable I am” while Dan was left standing there awkwardly... that man needs to grow a pair and put her in her place. It’s no wonder their marriage is in shambles, she doesn’t give a shit about it, or him, or her kids (uncut Forde video) she cares only about her image to the public and the false validation they can provide.

Also.... I’m here for the jowls and chin chat. I have always thought her jowls were oddly disgusting. She has the profile of a 70 year old woman. I would have fixed that issue before Botox and lip injections, but what do I know!

But honestly Seriouslysweetie makes such a great point. Elle has the ability to have a great brand if she would realize that she isn’t special or unique (I mean come on, she isn’t!) and instead focused on what she COULD do.

Book clubs, researching and sharing about things she’s genuinely passionate about, REAL interviews with knowledgeable people, tackling parenting issues head on (really addressing them, with research, not just being wishy washy to keep everyone happy), sharing recipes and ideas that are relatable to ALL moms (not just stay at wealthy/middle class stay at home YT moms), interviews/discussions with people who’ve experienced grief or loss or survived cancer or overcome REAL abuse, clean-with me videos of actually dirty parts of her house, managing clutter FOR REAL (we see all she buys but a minimalist house, where is all her shit?) ... I mean there’s SO much she could do.

Basically stop talking about yourself, Elle. You aren’t interesting. Make it about the viewers and their experiences. Nobody wants to watch your kids go down the slide doenthe 100th time at your neighborhood park.

Today’s video was super annoying. If it takes you 10 minutes to talk about how weight gain in pregnancy doesn’t really matter, then clearly it matters to you! I’ve always noticed that the more she rambles on and on and on about a topic, it’s more about her trying to convince herself that what she’s saying is true. She just masks it as educating others.

I agree. Who is she trying to kid? We know she is obsessed with her weight. I think she’s trying to get reassurance from her viewers that it’s okay that she’s gained more weight than usual and that she’s no longer working out. That they know she’ll be looking better than ever two months after baby pops out. I wasn’t buying it. I have to say being pregnant was the first time in my life I didn’t care two shits about my weight or figure and it was so freeing. I took that with me as well. I’m no longer consumed by a number. This probably comes with aging as well. I hope for her sake she enjoys this (maybe) last pregnancy.

As a viewer I would respect and relate to that so much more. No one relates to perfection. We all know it’s fake. We all know she has body image issues. Why pretend? It makes you 100x more unrelatable and way more annoying because everyone sees through it.
