Who in the hell leaves their 3-year-old quads for 2 weeks? Is it a generational thing? Millennial thought? I would never nor did my parents ever ever leave their kids for more than a day or two and it wasn’t to go wade and play on the beach.

I’m hearing more and more of parents leaving their kids with relatives to go take vacations. Seriously - is this a millennial thought process that we deserve to have fun? Part of the entitlement of this generation?

No it isn't generational. We have never thought of leaving our kids to go on vacation. I have never understood the concept of vacationing without the kids.

Dh wants to go on a cruise for a couple days without our 2 year old before baby number 2 comes. But I feel so bad about leaving her even though I know I need it and I’m with her 24/7. But instead we will be taking a family vacation to visit my brother with all of us

She’s already on the heavy/obese scale!

I want to emphasize that I hate weight scales especially with children because they vary so much. But again - it wouldn’t annoy me so much if they were teaching them good eating habits. But Evie and Scarlett are in for a lifetime of dieting and nicknames.

Evie is 37 inches tall; 32 pounds. Scarlett 30, Esme 27 I think, and indie 25.

If feel so guilty if I lied and made it look like I was spending more family time together and the truth was I was leaving for Costa Rica without my sick children.

Wonder if our KAD will check in during their vacation and harass us lmao.

I’ve never felt like nights out or staying home/working parents ever indicated if you were good/bad parents. The best situations (as I’ve told my grown kids) is to have options. Put yourself in a place where you can have choices. Both Mom and Dad. I never thought I’d be a stay at home mom but I loved it - I was just so thankful to have that choice. I’ve know great parents on both sides. We usually had a weekly night out (we played coed sports) so we paid a babysitter. We took vacations as a family. Always. I agree with above poster that I just couldn’t imagine not being together. I still have a hard time haha! My kids live all over the place!

Having said that... the potato’s, mr & mrs, are just uneducated, selfish parents. I can’t imagine taking two weeks away from my kids. They are very deceitful. The truth will come out as the mr needs the positive feedback from his social media girls. And as others stated the tots will actually benefit from the time away from their parents and their cameras. I sincerely hope Madison is involved in their care as I think she has the best skills in either of their families.

If I found out my teen daughter was following these yahoos I’d be furious. Not a good example for young women to watch.

Who would agree to look after those feral cchildren for 2 weeks?!

Any progress made in those 2 weeks will be undone as soon as Ass(hole) and Two tonne get home because they will be too "sick" *cough* lazy *cough* to follow through.

Two whole weeks without their kids. There's no excuse for that and even for them its a whole new low

They said in the vlog that they have several date nights planned with the Binghams and that they would make appearances in the Bingham's vlogs though. So if they are going away on a trip for several weeks, how will they simultaneously appear in the Binghams vlogs? Or is it just a short trip? I'm a bit confused where the trip info is coming from... this is from a lipsense insider? I may have missed the post stating when their trip is and that it lasts for several weeks. I agree it's highly suspicous that they bought new luggage and are taking a break, but right now the trip stuff is speculation and a bit confusing/hard to follow. Then again I highly doubt they will do much of the potty training themselves so it wouldn't shock me if they left the kids with family (Mimi, Madison etc), went away for a few days and then expected them to be all potty trained by the helpers when they come back from their trip. That would be another reason why they can't/aren't going to film anything during potty training days, beyond just the durl's privacy. If they are not really the one's doing the potty training, then of course they can't film it.

I hate to do this because it's one of my favorite movies but Mimi always reminds me of Tracy's mom in the 1988 film Hairspray. She sounds just her her.

Tracy's hair reminds me of Assleys with the massive roots she always has going one.

This site is almost impossible to get on and worse than ever. There's chatter on the Rattled Facebook page probably because of this. Ready to boycott ytmd, no looking at ads will force them to upgrade server.

YUMMY! donits for the sick girls! seriously so gross...i’ve never seen anyone have a donut for breakfast, only as a snack. Is it a Utah thing to be obsessed with sweets and desserts? Also about the potty training prizes, I remember being potty trained and getting ONE smartie. What is wrong with these parents?!

The Costa Rica trip looks like it starts on the 14-19, then there is a 2nd date for Costa Rica from the 24-29. Perhaps, she decided she deserved both and will take a "much needed" vacation.

Only goes to show how stupid it is for all four girls to be put in the same size clothes.

Spruce wrote:Question: At what point are preemies past the point of being considered preemies and and just considered regular kids, measured the way full term kids are measured?

Every preemie is different and much depends upon the challenges they faced pre & post birth. I agree that many doctors start using the children's height/weight chart at around age 2, but if the preemies still register small there is little concern.

Most doctors I consulted (and with two premies, I saw many) reassured me that the children don't completely catch up until age 7 (especially with their immune system). That said, developmental milestones are constantly assessed and adjusted for the child's situation so that early intervention can be considered if helpful. There's just no hard & fast rule.

It's clear the the larger set of twins have different developmental challenges than the smaller set. It does appear that each twin within a set is similar in development. It's reassuring to see that they all have a healthy BMI. Does anyone remember if oxygen deprivation was an issue for any of them, particularly the larger set?

Leave my precious miracles for any more than a few hours? Never.

My children are disabled and on all of the paperwork [hospital and school], there is actual age, adjusted age, and age based on developmental testing. Outside of their health as they get older the adjusted age becomes less important [although in the history it will say when they were born and complications at and right after birth] and usually, the developmental age based on testing only really comes up at the yearly review of services because a 9-year-old and an 8-year-old 8 months old are generally very nearly the same so it means less than say a 6-month-old and a 10-month-old.

Yep. Thanks for the clarification. I had seen 37 and in my head it had registered as weight not inches. Ha! Still chunky but they are going to be big. Between dad’s genes and what they eat - there is little hope.

I don’t know why the Greedners can’t admit to the vacations. If they are ashamed than that is saying something and they need to examine themselves. And it’s not like it’s a secret, the comments on Facebook and YouTube definitely suggest everyone knows that’s where they are going. My only hope is that maybe a family member is coming and will help with potty training and manners and adult speak (instead of baby talk). And I have never seen the girls “miss” their mommy. I just think it’s greedy and not right and inconceivable to leave your sick kids for two weeks. Idiots.

I am considered a millennial (although I hate that word) and I have gone on one vacation with my husband. He surprised me with a trip to france for our five year anniversary. It was fora week and both sets of grandparents took turns watching my boys. We go on maybe one date a month, nothing like Ashley and Tyson. I wouldn't say I am entitled though. I would feel so guilty if we were to go another trip like that anytime soon. Maybe for our 10 year anniversary. Other than that, we like spending time with our kids and want to make memories with them.
That sounds lovely.

Husband and I have never had a kid-free holiday. We're hoping to have someone trained in all the daily medical care of our children soon. So that we can go on dates more often. I think our last date was summer 2016 I can't remember lol.

Even if whoever watches them does Potty Train them they'll come home be too lazy to take them and undo the training.
They are just selfish ignorant people that should have never had 4 kids at one time. And they're too old to be millennials that's not their problem.
