I honestly don’t think that there would be much of a case right now anyways if he was truly reported. As creepy as it all is, he really didn’t do anything illegal. There was nothing in the screenshots that was sexually suggestive (minus the weird cherry and peach emojis but those were SS posted with zero context). There’s nothing illegal that’s been said. Creepy AF? Definitely. But something that would land him in jail currently? Nope.

I don’t know. I thought he/she seemed like they knew what they were talking about. They made a lot of good points. He/she stated they had experience in this area because they’ve had to testify at court cases regarding this same issue. They also gave the Bingalings advice to stay away which sounded like he/she was looking out for Bingdings and the repercussions them associating with the Greedners could cause them by not keeping their children away from perv fatboy. I don't know about America but certainly in Australia it would be. There is an online child grooming law and it can carry up to 15 years. I don't give a shit what they said in the recent vlog, it was false, it was lies and I hope one of the girl's mothers or fathers do something about it. I can't get out of my head that something like this has happened before. Not this bad but there was something a year or two ago. I just can't think what it was.
I might be wrong but I do think there has been a definite cooling in relations between the Binghams and the Gardners. I always got the sense it was a bit false anyway.
I know Brandon is a complete pain but I think they have a much more caring approach to their children .

I seem to recall seeing somewhere that BL, the mandated reporter from yesterday's posts, is a retired doctor. I can't remember where I saw that, but it sticks in my memory for some reason. As far as FaddyDaddy getting away with it, I think it would be a worthwhile outcome from all this if he/they were exposed on a huge scale for all the lies they tell.

Actual solicitation or the attempt is illegal. But he has yet to do anything that would hold up in court as solicitation or attempted solicitation. The closest thing would be the sleeping bag conversation but that is still not soliciting sex.

That's the problem with this country, I say this country because idk how other countries deal with something like this, shit like this goes on way too long before it ever gets caught which only ends up hurting the children in the end. These girls are young now but they WILL grow up and they're going to believe this type of activity is perfectly ok, and end up raising their own children to chat privately with grown men. And even if Tyson was totally innocent with his chats, (I don't think he is) the next grown man may not be so innocent. I’ve been lurking here and there for awhile now (started back when I thought it seemed Ashley was being overly flirty with Branden and figured other people must have noticed too) but hadn’t posted until now. Mostly because someone else always say something I was thinking, anyways. Ha!
I agree with this. What Tyson has been doing is disgusting and inappropriate, but I don’t think anything will happen to him legally at this point. Everything I’ve seen is definitely disturbing, but I don’t think it’s enough for a case. It might be enough for them to start monitoring him and keep a close eye, though.
It was painful to watch their “damage control.” I don’t know how everyone didn’t see through it. Very obvious lying cues and acting guilty. I feel their best approach would have been Tyson admitting to everything and trying to say he didn’t realize how inappropriate it was blah blah blah and try to play it off as naive, but he’s learned from it etc... I feel all they’ve done today is make it worse. There has to be “fans” that thought their excuses seemed off and looked further (I hope). And beyond that, they’ve made the fan girls even more obsessed which isn’t healthy for anyone.
I also agree with the person that said they think there’s been a cooling the Gardner’s and Binghams. You don’t see Ashley tagging along when Steph and Mindy get together anymore. The last time all three couples were together, the Binghams didn’t even vlog it. The past few times they’ve been together, Mindy looks really irritated.

It may not be a case, but I definitely believe he could get arrested. People get arrested all the time and never get a record. It can get "thrown out" of court, nolo contendere, or even probation for a certain amount of time and then your record wiped clean. Gotta love our justice system (sarcasm)

I reckon that would have been 11am, Utah time. There were an awful lot of fan accounts commenting but they can’t all have been UK/Europe. Wouldn’t US kids have been in school?

Now that you mention it, that does sound familiar. I think they said it on Greedners YT talking with CW and telling her that she needed professional help if I remember correctly. The things they were saying to CW were pretty spot on and sounded like they were coming from a place of genuine concern for her mental health issues she clearly has.
