Im so sick of them. Its disgusting how EVERY damn video title is something directed at the kids being hurt or in danger. Jesus christ. Its so obvious they're doing it on purpose and for the most part putting their kids in the situation for the views, example:ben took ella on the roof & she had a MOM FREAK OUT, okay . Like ya'll didnt plan that. Something is always wrong with someone and its always in the title. They want views/attention so bad but is not working. They barely get 50k views as someone pointed out. Maybe they should try better, more positive titles. Like a family aquarium trip or something. And not include anything negative like "ella got scared or ella tripped and fell *IT WAS SO BAD*
I unsubscribed from them. Its too cringey, annoying and honestly they're boring as fuck now. The kids are adorable but not enough to keep me interested.
And for the love of god, teach ella the proper words for things

I just went to their channel and omg. All of their recent videos have some sort of accident, injury, or problem like you said. They’re so thirsty for views it’s not even funny.

If you go to the start of this thread, I commented on how they've been doing this since the beginning. It is DISGUSTING. Some people think that Ben and Katie are some of the "better" YTers out there...but I can't fully agree with that. They profit off of their kids and the scary situations they are in. To me, that doesn't make them better than other family channels out there. Some people don't see them for who they really are yet, but as they get bigger, their ways of exploiting will surely be more visible. Honestly sick regarding the titles that they use just to attract views.

Okay soo her convo today was on the topic of traveling with this coronavirus going on. She said, if anything, it makes her want to travel even more because everything is so cheap and they're not "dumb" so they won't get it (along those lines). I don't know what all of you think about the coronavirus; some people think its not as serious while others are in full panic mode. I'm at neither ends of the spectrum. However, if healthy adults want to go out and travel while this is going on, whatever. Not that big of an issue. But her explanation was super immature and didn't sit well with me knowing they have a NEWBORN. Their immune systems aren't very strong! Sure, they can't shelter their children from life but come on....

this isn't about Katie & co directly, but does anyone else find it weird how close Katie's family is with Katie's younger sister's (Erin?) boyfriend?? he's alwayssss around now whenever they go out with their family. idk it just seems weird that after their first daughter got pregnant so young with a guy she had just met that the parents would be so chill with having yet another boyfriend constantly around. And isn't she only like 15??? Do they want another teenage pregnancy in the fam? (I haven't had time so i'm just now watching the "my 1 year old locked herself in the car" video where they go over to celebrate her dad's birthday)

I don't buy youtuber merch but... theirs is so basic. I don't like the names on the back at all. I can't imagine going out in public with random names on the back of my shirt and people questioning who it is, lol.

Every child has made up words obviously but nobody puts them on shirts to sell them lol. When I was like 3 I used to call cat buttholes pinkies but my parents did not feel the need to get a screen print of the memory and sell it to people

Ugh same. She’s always either on their bed surrounded by pillows and blankets, on the couch by pillows and blankets or in her swing bent to the side and definitely not done up.

Also, it’s driving me nuts that they keep hanging out with Katie’s parents. Social distancing is supposed to be from everyone not living in the same house as you.

Was just coming here to say this. I've seen a few YouTubers vlog/post pictures being with their family and it genuinely irks me. They think they aren't doing anything wrong. I don't know much about her parents' work situation but also think about how her siblings can be in and out of the house and who they can come in contact with. Very irresponsible and think the rules don't apply to them or they can be flexible

Well Katie has now turned Ella's car seat forward facing. She may ALMOST be 2, but 2 is the bare minimum age to turn your kid around, and she isn't even there yet.
