Let me get this right, because her message today is confusing with what she normally sells:

Total contradiction. Stay in one lane and stick with it, don't waver because of some other woman's opinion. Didn't she just preach that on instagram too?

She couldn't find support in a field where no one looked like she did? What does that even mean? I'd understand it if she were a black woman stating that, but not a privileged white girl in the executive field. This was 1000% her protecting her merch because that reasoning makes no sense what so ever. What she is speaking too is about linking arms with other women in the work place, and to using the Boss verbiage to mentally pump herself up. Okay that’s fine but has nothing to do with the point.Rachel is speaking to the fact that no one ever says MAN BOSS or DAD BOSS. That by putting Girl in front of it you are acknowledging the very thing woman have fought against in the work place. You don’t have to say your a mom or a women to be a boss. Your actions are what make you a “boss” not your gender.
