Basically any time someone calls them on their shit and it gets ANY traction or attention. Pretty sad. You don’t have to have your guard up if you aren’t shady/ doing anything wrong/ constantly lying

It would be completely different if this girl was sending death threats but she was just commenting about some damn straws!!! the way she’s responding to customers is absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional. literally the last straw for me, I unfollowed and finally unsubscribed too. I use to be able to watch vlogs bc at one point I truly did like them and hoped they’d go back to the way they were but she’s so nasty now and has such an ugly personality. and t be honest i only really watched for landon and khoa at this point. but the fact that she has the audacity to respond to customers on her business account the way she is, is just so gross. she needs to grow up and learn not everyone will always have something good to say about her aliexpress products.

I feel like kickass is just a merch excuse. They only talk about it when there is new merch then they are silent until they think of more junk merch to sell to their teenage fans. Plus pretty much every post they show with someone praising their merch is one of their friends.
