Tayler probably believes she is the being the mature one. That's what's sad, is Tayler has no concept of actual maturity. The actual mature thing to do would be ignore/do not respond. But she has something to prove, or something to win, or wants to feed into the drama, enjoys having the power that is likely going to be stripped from her really damn soon. If either lady wants to do the mature thing its ignore everything. Don't let them get to you/get a rise. Let court handle stuff instead of thinking one of you will out-trash-talk/out-wit the other.

I hope they don't go get the kids, even with proof of her saying it's okay or not they can get into trouble and it will hurt their chances later on in court.

There are grandparents rights in Ohio, I live in Cleveland and work for a law firm who deals with divorce and family issues. As long as they have been an active positive part of the kids lives they can petition for custody.

well then why don't you give the law firm you work for so they can try?

It's not my job to get them in contact with a lawyer. I'm not a lawyer, just a secretary. They are adults, I'm sure they have their own lawyer that lives in their area and if they don't they should.

I would think that if the courts thought he was dangerous that they would have the restraining order on him and that she wouldn't be able to ask for the order to be lifted. Is the county still charging him with domestic violence or has it been dropped?

Also how is she saying that it's unfair? It's not like she's working her butt her and spends every last penny on those poor kids. The last time she "bought" anything for them was because she made money from that shop kick app.

Visitation and child support are two diff issues. There will be consequences for him not paying but you can't withhold his visitation for not paying child support. If you do you'll be held in contempt of court for not following a court order

She is straight up saying they can't see them unless Chuckie gives her half his income tax. She is fucking delusional. That has to be around $3,000. She should not have large sums of cash because we all know what she'll spend it on.

If I am being honest, it's blatantly obvious that Chuckie shouldn't put his hands on her but I find her equally abusive and manipulative. This is a woman who exposed people on Instagram, after all.

All I am saying is if someone abused me, I wouldn't want a dime from them. I'd simply want them out of my life and my children's lives and that's it.

I have been there and your last paragraph is how I feel exactly! I was in an abusive relationship. I got out and have spent the last 10+ years of my life making sure that person is no where near me. No amount of money would ever have changed that sentiment if I feared I was in danger.

This was before I had kids, but given that I don't even let people I dislike around my dog, I can say with utmost certainty I'd protect my children with all that I have.

What she's doing is manipulative, and makes it clear that she's not scared of him. Physical, mental, emotional... abuse is abuse.

She's exactly like one of my FB friends, who is pregnant and has one kid and is complaining because someone who supports her kids (not the baby daddy) claimed their child on their taxes because they buy the child EVERYTHING. Tayler should be ashamed
