Congrats on your pregnancy TeachIT.

I noticed in her last couple videos how much she loves being pregnant. I think she loves the attention of being a fertile goddess and is milking it to the very end. I know very few women who actually say they think their pregnancy is flying by lol.

This makes me think once the newborn stage is over she’s going to have a rough adjustment. Three kids means she can’t keep up with her self care and Elle time and I predict she will start to unravel.

Not surprised she didn’t post another video today. This bugs me in the sense that she’s so about being a working mom boss and in the real world you can’t just decide not to deliver your work. So let’s call it what it is: a part time hobby that brings in money.

And I forget who mentioned Amanda Muse but I’m surprised you feel that way. Maybe I missed something. I don’t think she comes across that way I just perceive it as confidence. But I don’t watch everything she does so maybe I’ve missed something. I am jealous by how quickly her body responds to workouts while still eating fast food lol. That’s just not fair lol.

Seriouslysweetie and nacholife, you’re right. She goes on and on about how she’s killing it as this mom-boss fielding ‘thousands’ of emails etc but her oldest is in kindergarten FULL time and the second goes to daycare at least a few days a week so she really shouldn’t have an excuse for why she doesn’t have time to meet her commitments... Why can’t she work from the waiting room (on the emails or something that doesn’t require a computer).

Most other people’s jobs expect you to come to work and produce that same output regardless of what is going on in your life. The beauty for her is she should be able to work ANYtime - Not just 9-5 - since she makes her own schedule.


And I believe that unedited fords blog was pre-set to upload. Which is why she didn’t realize until too late. I don’t recall her breaking down after Cohen was born but I only watch sporadically so if she’s removed those videos I may not have seen it. I wish I had seen the unedited forde video. I have an idea how it may have been but I would have liked to see it myself. I just remember some guy called out how put on the ‘thumbs up’ for the dog bit my baby video and she was like ‘that’s automatic, it goes on all my videos’. I don’t know if that’s true but you’d think you’d proactively take that off when uploading a sensitive video like that.

I agree Elle didn’t really go through infertility. She has one Fallopian tube and she’s older now so they would have bumped her up the ‘treatment que’ anyway.

And although you are right, it’s not a competition of grief, the fact that Elle has convinced herself and others that her grief over not getting pregnant in the span of one year, is just as traumatic as true infertility is a slap in the face. I was incredibly fortunate to never experience loss or difficulty getting pregnant, but I know people who have experienced these, and they infiltrate every part of their existence. And when compared to Randy and Anna and bits of paradis, Elle’s “infertility” is a fucking flat out joke.

I think the point I realized her fertility was made up for views was when they “took a break” over the summer after mere months of trying. The people I know who are going though true infertility have taken every opportunity they have so as to not miss the window.

Elle is a fake in every area of her life, including thei “infertility journey”

You are right, especially Elle’s reason for taking a break. Because she didn’t want the kids birthdays around the same time. Are you kidding me?! Absolutely correct on the automatic upload time, she just doesn’t have any content these days so she’s trying to stretch out her vlogs. Why doesn’t she just say “Hey, I’m cutting back on my workload so I can enjoy this pregnancy”. Instead she lies saying she has “back to back appointments” when we all know that after she dropped Dan’s mom off she headed straight to a salon or to return used items to a Sephora.

I like how she snuck in there “I had a meeting last night that ran late” but doesn’t elaborate. Meeting for a nanny? With West Coast Kids so you can decorate the nursery for free? Inquiring minds want to know Elle since you mentioned it in the first place.

I watched a vlog that Randy and Anna uploaded last week where Anna shared some gifts that her friends sent her; a friend from Instagram, a friend from Etsy, etc. No mention of ELLE at all. Then Anna spoke about how grateful she was for this pregnancy after 5 years of infertility, it was so moving. I don’t care too much for her quirkiness but it was a sweet video.

I just watched Randy and Anna’s video and wow, what a difference compared to Elle. You can see how happy and grateful and nervous and excited she is. Elle says the exact same things in her vlogs and yet she comes across as so smug. I love that Anna is writing a journal TO her daughter, FOR her daughter.

In Elle’s latest “letter to my daughter” I saw someone comment that she should write it down and Elle replied that it’s a great idea and she’s had lots of suggestions to compile them. Which just confirms for me that not only has she NOT done this yet, but the content wasn’t even created for that purpose. It was created for likes and praise only.

Anna mentions a YouTube friend who is also pregnant and who sent Anna a few things. Anna says this friend is her go-to pregnant mom friend who is so real and a role model, and suggests following her if you want to watch someone who is non-judgmental. I almost wondered if that was throwing some shade at Elle.

Her laundry rant on instagram was hilarious. I am 24 and all I could think through the whole rant was how a 30-something year old made it this far in life without realizing what a hot wash VS a cold wash would do for your clothing. Then she basically says that her clothes for Ford and Cohen have held up through the years despite her washing them in hot because she buys quality kids clothing. So I guess the rest of us peasants washing our children's clothing on cold, because it keeps the color looking brighter for longer and usually gets stains out better, are just buying poorly made clothing???? Grrrrrrr

This was my favourite. I remember back in the day whenever she would talk about clothing or home decor she made a dumb comment more than once, she’s like “my favourite colour is the absence of colour.”

Also, she asked if people would want it up Saturday or Monday, so I messaged her to put it up Saturday... Its funny how she never follows up to tell us if it's going up or not. If she puts it up Monday then where's the video that was originally slotted for monday? Makes no sense. I think she just never had a Friday video to begin with.

It’s just another example of how she edits the flaws she shares with us. She thinks being overwhelmed with work/life balance while pregnant is a weakness. Funny enough, I don’t think she would judge another mom for struggling, but she holds herself to a different standard.
