This is a sad dark story but the mother got away in the end with her daughters.
When my kids were little there was a family next door that had 3 small daughters. Looked like a "normal" family. We moved away from the neighborhood and years later I ran into an old friend/neighbor who was friends with the stay at home mom who had lived next door to me.
She told me that the father had been molesting his daughters, she got her daughters away from this monster and divorced him. With help from the state (housing program?) she was able to purchase a home and moved away to a different neighborhood.
By all means I'm not implying that this is what is going on in the Greedners household. It just reminded me of my neighbors.
You hear about this stuff in the news and here it happened in the house right nextdoor to me years ago.

I am in SC, we are expecting heavy rain and a lot of wind on Monday. Schools and businesses are closed and the stores are sold out of bottled water, milk and bread. We had massive flooding here 2 years ago, so I think officials are being proactive in preparing.

Hey Fatty Daddy, allowing your poorly behaved feral children to run through the mall screaming and running into people is not cute. It is in fact VERY rude. Those girls ran into so many people as they ran through the mall like fucking wild little beasts. No one finds that to be cute, it is quite annoying to be doing your shopping while rabid little monsters run into you without a care in the world, while their parent just films it. And the screaming. Who the fuck allows their kids to scream like that in a public place? Especially a mall in which it echoes. Allowing your spawn to run that far ahead of you is just asking for someone to kidnap one of them. Do you realize it take 2 seconds for someone to grab a child and run? Teach your kids some manners, make them hold hands with each other and walk next to you. It's not that hard, you lazy cow.

I was watching the vlog and my 3 year old asks me: mommy why is he not wearing a pyjama? So when a kid this young questions the lack of clothes, there is a problem.

Those teeth on poor Evie lying down laughing. Shameful. They look like sharks teeth. The bottom teeth especially. They have eroded away and are no longer touching each other. Too much sugar, milk left on teeth overnight, and lack of brushing. Two stay at home parents should be ashamed of not brushing their kids teeth.
Those crib shoes are probably ruined running around on the nasty mall floor.

Rescue attempts were unsuccessful and he passed away. We are still in a state of shock and I am very worried about my 'bud', been on the phone with the authorities all afternoon long. Those kids front teeth are going to get to the point they have major dental work like the Shaytards kid Brock I think it was had to be put to sleep for major dental work. I know a kid who's front teeth got so bad his front teeth were removed and he had false teeth until his second teeth came in. Think of the views your kid being sedated for dental work will get you? Think of the pity gifts? Think of that times four.

Esme has my heart as well. Her fearfulness of practically everything seems to be getting worse and worse, and the parents don't do ANYTHING about it. Saying, "it's ok", doesn't address whatever the underlying issue(s) is. Why can't they simply sit down with her, ask her to use her words, and try get her to express what she is feeling. When she IS happy, and does accomplish something, she lightens up with joy. She is such a sensitive little thing. Before she gets completely overwhelmed by the actions of her sisters and becomes completely dispirited, I hope her parents take notice. I know, I know... dreaming is free, sigh...

Evie has one hell of a cross bite. I'm not sure her teeth ever touched to be honest. It's bad. I don't even know what they do for that if a kid is literally born with a crooked mouth/jaw.
