Oh my, my a horse. Or maybe horses. These two. #FFS horses are not toys, but we damn well know that once the shinny wears off the only attention that horse will receive is from whoever is doing its daily upkeep at whatever stable they have it housed in. As someone who grew up with horses and still has horses, this makes me sick, It really does. Theses two are all about things and filling themselves full of 'stuff' that they percieved they didn't not and should have had during their childhoods. As well as what 'rich people do/have' syndrome. lol
Horses are a responsibility and not a cheap on by any means. You do not have to be a millionaire to own one, not at all, but you need to not have your head in your ass as these two do. They need attention and care....well we have seen how well they have done with their crated dogs and give away cats. They should stick to chickens, because slopping through their crap barefoot and then putting said feet all over counters really is a prime example of what low class trash this family is. Sorry, not sorry! The truth hurts.

I have to agree, I really don’t think they want another baby. They both see how much easier it’s gotten now that Finn is taken care of by Ollie and they can be put in front of a movie.
This whole horse thing... I’m surprised her parents haven’t given her a wake up call about all the work. She can’t actually expect Jim to do all of the work. She can’t even collect eggs on a daily basis. We all know brylard won’t do it!

So the other day missy in an istastory was wearing a robe from pottery barn she said her mom got it for her and so she had to get it for all of her friends. So today there is Ellie opening the robe (in a pottery barn box). Jared opened a gift from Bryan that was the same as Jared’s but...never showed Katie with the robe or even the box. At $130 that’s a very extravagant gift. Did Katie not get one of choose to not open it on camera? I again feel that Katie doesn’t care for missy. Why all the gift for “friends” you don’t really see anymore? Strange

@lmmomSD No I didnt take your reply as snarky. It was a good reminder not to care about Cassie or the Bumps. We just all have different paths and they arent all wrong. I dont mind being corrected, I am always open to that and admit when I'm wrong. At least I try to admit! :)

@minties82 Im from the US originally, and in 2011 (which is when I moved, so if it has changed someone correct me, and in September 2011 I dont remember anything about Obama care being fully in place yet) you were allowed to still be on your parents health insurance. I didnt know that, as I started paying my own at 18 when I began my job at a bank. But if that's the case, the rational (in my opinion) is that 26 is still an acceptable age to live with and be dependent on your parents. In my own personal experience I was pressured to start uni (no gap year) asap out of high school and pressured to know what I wanted to 'be when I grew up'. I feel some people do and some dont. Some need life experiences to realise what they're good at or what they truly love to do. Thats off topic from this thread now, but just want to reiterate my original comment about Cassie not being on the "normal" path which comment irritated me. I dont have much more to say about it on this thread lol.

Does Mithy really need another pet?? Like come on - she can't even take care of the one's she has right now!! Isn't it smart to put the apron on first before you go in there and start picking up the eggs? Let's continue to have Ollie and Finn walk around barefoot around the chicken coop shall we - gross!! That potty book was still being used a few months ago - it's not like Ollie was potty trained when he should have been, they act like they keep their kids on a schedule! BryLard at 13:45 - why must he make that expression in every vlog??

Carlos does seem sweet, so good for them. She is young, but not as young as Missy and Bryan were - or ALL the Mormon vloggers. LOL!
I have so many theories on why she’s keeping it a secret (it’s so 100% obvious it’s a secret, since she refuses to acknowledge it, the ring was only shown in DB vlog, she hid it everywhere else so I think Bryan & missy fucked up)

Anyways

1. The family didn’t have a good reaction to possible engagement
2. She wants to keep it private since being missy’s sister basically stole all her privacy away.
3. She’s embarrassed of being engaged so young but that wouldn’t make sense since missy got married when she was what? 18?? I dont remember...
4. She’s building up suspense for views
5. Its not an engagement ring?

Idk but it’ll be interesting to watch how this unfolds.... I doubt missy will allow Cassie to have too much attention
Cassie showed it for a split second in her Christmas vlog when she was showing off what they won from the Saran wrap game. But then she cut and switched hands. Also, it wasn't there before that point. I watched for it on both hers and the DBs Christmas Eve vlogs. It appeared some time during the party. (I've been watching in backwards order so that allows for some sleuthing lol)

Thought: if it is an engagement maybe Carlos has some family he wants to tell before it's public? I did the same when I got engaged. But I'm also not a vlogger hahaha.

They're all showing off the gifts they're getting from their bestest best friends. It's just showing off-- look at us! We have friends! We buy them expensive gifts! We're #squadgoals!"

And Bryan is bandwagoning again. First Star Wars. And now he's posting pictures of LaCroix sparking water. Ummm, ok.

Too late to edit-- but my last post was supposed to be a response to Janem's post about the gifts that E&J and Corbin and Kelsey have been showing off. And that Cullen and Katie were showing in their vlogs...

I'm soooooo tired of all the YTers and their brand deals/product placement with LaCroix. It seems like EVERY.SINGLE.YTer is working with them. The stuff is nasty!

I think La Croix is delicious, but I would never buy it because Bryan Lanning told me to We all know he hates it and it’s back to chokit milk and Gatorade as soon as the camera stops rolling. These companies pick the worst representatives for their products! McDonald’s was the only one that was really a good match for them. I mean, have these advertisers watched even one of their vlogs? CARB CITY.

I like it too-- I like to put a splash of orange-mango juice in a glass of mango La Croix.

But I think it's funny because there are all these articles about how La Croix is so hip and cool, and my Portland writer friend who actually is very cool loves it. And now Bryan is doing ads for it. Seems to me that if Bryan is advertising it, it's probably not very cool anymore.

My mother in law used to raise chickens.... How ever did she gather eggs without one of those aprons?!? Oh wait.... she used a basket, like everyone else who raises chickens.
And it looks like they found the perfect way to avoid having to do work having horses, board them. Then someone else has to muck the stalls, groom the horses, and feed them. Missy will only go every once in a while and ride them.

Those aprons have been all over the chicken sites and pages for years. Surprised she didn't get a fancier one.

This is true, but in her case, I definitely think it’s the way to go. Like you said, she isn’t going to be lifting a finger to do any of the dirty work, so at least the horse will be getting proper care at the boarding facility. Best for the poor horse, AND for poor Papa, who would probably end up doing all that if the horse was on The Property.

My best friend is an equestrian (takes hours of lesson every week and has won national titles) and even she boards her horses. She is still with them 5 days a week, but they are truly a TON of work.

I hope Missy doesn't bring it home. It will be so sad. At least if she boards, she could then allow the eager people who muck the stalls and love horses the opportunity to ride it when she isn't around...

I pray she NEVER brings it home to the "property"

Very interesting! I can't imagine being dependent on a parent/parents at 26.

People here kinda go one way or the other, either go study right after highschool, or go and work for a while then study later as an adult. I studied as an older adult, so has my other half (we are 35 and he's just done an electrical engineering thingy). We have a public health system so health insurance is a rabbit hole I dunno if I could ever compute diving down! It sure looks like a nightmare from the outside and really expensive.

As for this family, yaaawn. A gay guy pretending not to be gay. A dull, vacuous plain looking chick who talks funny and thinks too much of herself. One weird looking kid and one less weird looking one.

Who are you trying to convince here, Missy? And, she apparently has time now to go out and ride “for a couple hours at a time.” She’s still tho thuper buthy, but the boys can now be shut in their room together to play with their taxidermied squirrel and to jump off their bunk bed (I mean, uh, they’re “getting more independent” lol), so she is getting more time to herself. Never mind that she wants another baby soon...the third one basically raises itself, so it should be a non-issue if she wants to play with her pony all day. Oh, and she has plenty of money now for all the “vet bills and stuff.” Clearly she’s done her research.

And of course, that money is going to last forever. Especially with the way they spend. These horses (now plural) are going to end up at the rescue, so the Karma phone case money will have been put to good use.
