What does it matter why she is paying them? I bet good money, half the YouTube families out there are putting away next to nothing, and certainly not paying their children a regular wage to participate in videos, so why does it matter what her reasons are?

Would you prefer she wasn’t paying them? Because she would be pocketing far more money that way.

She can try and look like she's doing it for the kids but if their channel went down or Jess wanted the money I guarantee SHE could get it. So she's not really paying the kids, she's paying herself under their names. That's just how I feel after watching what she said.

Also how do her kids give consent when they don't know any better? She can't wait til Lilia starts her period and how many times has she talked about her getting boobs? Is that normal, yes but not normal to have a 10 year old talking about it to the internet. How many times has she shown the boys with their hands down their pants or adjusting themselves, its for views... Sadly! She doesn't miss those things in editing she leaves them in.

I absolutely despise it when YouTubers say they always ask for consent before posting things. For consent to be valid it has to be fully informed consent. There is no way any of her children are old enough to fully understand what it means to have your birth, potty training, discipline, puberty talks etc etc etc posted online for all to see. AND for your mother to profit of it. Whilst it was somewhat refreshing and nice to see that she has set up saving accounts and is paying the children. The cynic in me thinks that in 10 years time when she is no longer making an income from youtube and has blown all her cash she will be able to access those saving accounts and by the time the kids are old enough to use them there will be little to nothing left.

I just watched the Dad Challenge podcast video on Jesssssssica and he called her out lmao. He's right though, she wouldn't stop posting her kids just because they said they don't want to be on video. It's just not going to happen. Their whole lives they've known being on camera, it's the norm to them. It's so weird that these youtubers rely on their children to make money. Jessssssica HAS her own solo channel and does she post on it? RARELY! I'm not saying she doesn't care about her kids because she does but she exploits TF out of them. The LEAST they deserve is to get paid but at the end of the day her job is to exploit her kids. It's gross.

And how much of a cut does she give herself? I'm genuinely curious as to how that all works for them because she is constantly buying crap

She's pocketing more anyway,due to tax breaks from the kids.And I agree w the others,Jesss will have access to the kid's accounts as well.

As for other yt's,f they have a good tax person/accountant who knows all the laws,it's prob. been advised for them to do the same.But like Jessss said,they just don't talk about it
