I wonder what "themed" aisle at Hobby Lobby they bought for Finns room

I don't get it. She did the same thing Bryan did: found the Hobby Lobby section and put everything together, which I'm sure is what HL expects you to do. Why is everyone praising her?

Seriously. I'm not a fan of B+M (obviously) but this girl is just as laughable trying to claim ownership of this theme. I probably would've responded the same way Missy did to her comment on the room tour vid. Her blog is mediocre and her writing style is terrible. Meh.

Not at all defending the Lumps, but I do think they need some slack cut on this one. Two reasons, one its highly possible that they really did just stumble across his stuff at hobby lobby and think it was a cute idea. We are planning on changing the theme of my daughter's room for Xmas this year (shes 10 and is way over the bubblegum pink and fairies she has had on her walls since she was 3 when we moved into our house) and I was literally going to take her to hobby lobby and let her look around to decide what sort of theme she wanted. At least to get some ideas.... and the second reason is maybe thy did get the idea from that blog, but i'm sure they aren't the only people who have. Again, this was something I had thought about doing for my kid, searching the internet to find something she liked and go with it... If I came across an idea that she loved and it said that all the items were bought at X store, I would go there and buy the stuff. I guess my point is, the lady with the blog posted it to give people ideas, if she wasn't ok with people using her idea, then she shouldn't blog about it... its bound to happen

(I do think that his room isn't 2 year old appropriate, especially with them claiming he will grow into it. Yeah right, we all know by this time next year his room will have a totally new theme. And while I do like some of the décor, they could have done without the culturally insensitive bits. (the teepee sign really got me... and can we talk about the damn music on that video????? UGH!) The patterns and the arrows ect don't bother me as much as that one sign and the teepee its self...

OH and also, "Ollie would be so mad if Finn got all new furnature and he didn't, he would be all 'What the heck guizzzze '" They will be e parents that will get him gifts on his brothers birthday so he "doesn't feel left out" MARK MY WORDS.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I'm really starting to dislike Ellie the more she hangs out with them and defends them like this.....

I was coming here to say something about this...I'm about ready to be DONE with the Mechams if they keep this up.

Ellie has been changing. At least to me she has. I've seen a few things in the last few months that I just don't like. I still love Jared though. (No longer doing mom vids, not mentioning things like switching to front facing and buying new strollers, no longer responding to comments, etc).

This is a VERY unpopular opinion on their board though. Proceed with caution of you dare say anything critical!

I'm almost over them. I barely watch vlogs anymore to begin with, but I did used to like theirs a ton. But they're just like everyone else now..

I think the difference is you don't have a vlog that gets thousands of views (and thus $$$), and you wouldn't try to pass this off as oh so original. People were asking where they got the decor and they refused to answer until claims of copying that blog got out and then they were quick to answer. They wanted people to think they had curated these items (note how they didn't mention hobby lobby once in the video when literally EVeRYTHING came from there).

I though by now he would of fixed his gross ass teeth. If my teeth were gross like his I would have probably fixed especially with all the "money" they have and their faces are constantly being seen. I may be biased cause I had braces in the past but another YouTuber I watch is currently getting the invisilign treatment which can barely be seen on the teeth when being worn.

So funny. I JUST posted about this last night on their spending thread!!! If they were "so rich" he would have fixed his teeth by now!!

It was in the top comments literally just a second ago. I was going to take a screen shot, but my computer froze and I had to get out of firefox. When I went back it was gone. I guess they deleted it.

I just saw Britt's instagram dropping Audri off at preschool. It made me think, what do vloggers put for work info? Schools are a real pain in the ass about contacts (and everything else lol). My dad has no work or cell because he's disabled, but they used to whine about only having my mom for contact. Do they tell them they work for Youtube or the partnership? Or just from home and to contact a home or cell? What do you all think?

I'd assume it depends a lot on the school. Some schools may want more information than others. I can see some vloggers being slightly more secretive about it and just saying they work from home while others may say that they work for YouTube. I'd honestly think it depends a lot on the person.

I just can't believe how little they know about how a two year old thinks! Guizzze, they don't give a sh*t about baby brother getting all new furniture! They care about the attention. As immature as they are, you'd think that they'd have better insight into how Ollie thinks.
I saw the video where Ollie broke the Apple watch. Makes no sense at all. They leave an Apple watch where a kid can get at it, but put cheap board books out of his reach.
