Why hasn't child protective services stepped in? I would think by now the kids would be in foster care. :S I know people have different opinions on FC but honestly, Tayler isn't mentally stable enough to care for three small children. :S

I've mention this before, but a good friend of ours stopped giving his baby mama money when he realized how his kids were always in diapers yet she always had her hair and nails done and rocking the latest designer bags. Now every two weeks he takes them grocery shopping and buys his kids clothes, shoes, etc whatever they need. If the baby mama ever calls saying that she needs money for the kids, he'll physically go and buy it rather than handing cash to her.
This what chuckie should do. Tayler should have absolutely no rights to any money at all.

The guy will be on the hook for child support and giving her part of his income tax anyway, once there's a court order in place. They're technically legally married. I wouldn't suggest he give her a dime though until he's ordered to. Until then, buy the kids what they need and have it delivered to her.

She is obviously doing this out of spite, or she wouldn't be willing to hand her kids over so easy. If you truly feel that your children are in danger, you don't offer to hand them over for $!
