Guys! I think we're onto something. Looking at the stroller pictures you can kind of see into her office. And it looks like the polka dot wall paper us gone! Now it could be for her upcoming video entitled "NEWLY SINGLE STAY AT HOME MOM OF 3+ADOPTED DOG WITH CANCER // COMPLETE HOME OFFICE CLEAN AND REDECORATE ON A BUDGET WITH ME ALTHOUGH WE ALL KNOW IT WON'T BE BUDGET FRIENDLY AT ALL, I HAVE 3 LV BAGS" or her realtor said it was tacky and she should take it down for pictures. Could go either way really.

I wonder of she regrets the eye surgery? It certainly doesn't look good now. Her skin sagged a lot unless those pics taken right after surgery she was still slightly swollen or it was photoshopped.

I’m also howling that she’s selling those storage containers! It does possibly suggest a move but I dunno. Maybe she’s just not using them the way she thought she would. OR in true Elle fashion...she’s upgraded to rose gold ones that are more AESTHETIC.

Pretty dumb though. I have those containers too and they’re awesome! Great for little hands to help themselves to snacks too. Or maybe that’s the point. I forgot Forde is only allowed to eat two carrot sticks and a granola bar every day.

I have those containers too, and they are amazing, and like you said, perfect for little hands! Better than any other container, because the kids can open them and then seal them properly.

All of the moves she is making don’t seem to make sense right now. I’m sure they will in time. I wonder when exactly they separated, because Dan was in the Christmas tree vlog, but now I’m wondering if there was deeper meaning to the “my first Christmas alone” video. Surely they had Christmas together this year, at least for the kids sake.

Guys I’m starting to think the separation was Dan’s idea. Otherwise why is she so intent on selling stuff?

Another observation I’ve made about Elle. She doesn’t shy away from asking for prayers when it comes to her family but I’ve noticed she stays very quiet when public tragedies take place. Not that you have to comment on these things but to me it shows she’s quite self involved

Nothing on Kobe Bryant? As a mom you’d think she’d have some thoughts. Earlier this month when the plane was shot down, killing everyone on board....that plane was headed to Toronto. Children from her own kid’s school board were killed. Nothing. The first time I noticed this was two summers ago when a terrorist shot up Toronto’s Greek village, killing a ten year old girl who lives only five minutes away from her. She said nothing!

This was my thought, too, especially considering her video rationalizing totally unnecessary debt and criticizing Dave Ramsey.

I have so many thoughts!

Kobe : I find this really strange she made no acknowledgement about it, not even a quote, because Elle is such a huuuuuuge basketball fan... unless she was LYING in those Sobeys ads??

Pantry Oxo containers: she’s definitely upgrading to glass. Every other youtuber has, Elle is just six months behind on this trend. She’ll claim it’s healthier to use glass and she’s sold her hangers to help pay for them, then she’ll say she found a great deal on amazon which are really a knock off from China laced with melamine or some other poisonous toxin.

Their house: the best thing they could do in their divorce is sell it and split the profit. I know exactly where she lives and how much those homes were during preconstruction ($600-$700k depending on upgrades). Dan saved up for the down payment himself I’m sure. If they sold now it must be worth $1.2 m. The problem is I’m sure Dan wants to see his kids the one evening a week and one weekend day (because he’s always working) so it’s convenient that they live so close to his parents... I’m sure he’s living there if not in the garage. And Elle needs the grandparents close for babysitting and last minute emergencies. Maybe they will keep the house for a while during the transition time. Also, Elle can’t afford anything else in the area. Actually I bet she can’t afford any sort of housing on her income, even with Dan paying his dues.

Dan would be a MORON if he gives her the house in the divorce settlement. And Elle can’t afford to pay him out so hopefully they come to a middle zone for the kids sake at least.

I really hope Dan doesn’t let Elle have everything, she’s the reason they are in debt (there’s no doubt about it) and put them in their current situation.

Elle will call it “intentional coupling” and claim she came up with the term before Gwenyth did. I bet she’s been waiting to finish her “book” so she could add this chapter about divorce in it.

I suspect that the house is being sold. I imagine that’s a massive catalyst behind her “minimizing” and cleaning. She’s actually preparing it for the market and decided to kill two birds with one stone. Prep for market and also make YouTube content. I wonder if it will even hit the market or if it’ll sell before it goes live. Real estate is hot there

Honestly, I would be shocked if there was a prenup. Dan doesn’t seem like the type.

I have to say, I am really surprised Elle would go for a third baby knowing that a divorce was part of her future, because we all know she was thinking this far ahead. She had no intention of fixing her marriage. If it was me, I would have started severing things after two kids. It would be much easier to take care of two kids than three in your own, and B is still a baby. That’s rough to solo parent. Buuuuuut, if it was Dan who said “enough is enough” and left her, that makes sense. Maybe Elle was planning on riding out her shitty marriage for the financial stability. The truth will come out eventually I’m sure. God I hope it was Dan who left her, and I really hope he picks up some hottie before Elle even starts dating

I found her house on Google. If it is being sold it should show up on some real estate websites once it is for sale and sold. I searched her on FB marketplace and it does seem the ugly wallpaper in her office is gone!! That's a huge clue, if now she also takes down the hideous wallpaper from the kitchen as well we will have our answer lol.
