Not exactly...intermittent fasting is just eating your calories in a smaller window. Typically, people do 16/8 which is usually just skipping breakfast and no more late night snacking but it can be done anytime of the day depending on your schedule. IF and keto aren’t just for people with blood sugar issues. They’re both ways to lose/maintain weight.
Regardless, Haleigh does not need to be doing IF. She’s visibly underweight and she’s breastfeeding which is why her body is hanging on to those last few pounds. Ireland is going to grow up with terrible body image issues from watching her skinny mother starve herself to please her scrawny mediocre-looking husband who knows nothing about health and fitness.
