anyone catch the instastory where she shared Brex's writing journal. His happiest place is Mana and Papa Jo's house because he can go on the swing with his cousins and he feels happy when he's there... Mana and Papa are wholesome and loving, like Justin and Lindsey, Brex has a tender heart and his language of love is probably words of affirmation or quality time, and he sees through the "you're a stud" compliments and that doesn't help him.

Right playing piano takes YEARS. This is not a few months or even a year thing. Have to play it every single day for years - like a decade+

Watching them in their Utah bubble (or maybe it's just the way they present their family in their vlogs) makes me think of novels like The Giver. "We get baptized at age 8, here's your new bike, take your happy pills and conform!" Except for in this version of The Giver, 95% of women end up as the birthing mothers when they grow up.

It's really interesting to see how they present themselves from a sociological perspective. Not to say that a family shouldn't be wholesome or have values that they believe in. It's just like watching a scene completely devoid of reality.

I'm not done watching the video but I am an educator in primary k-3 I make it policy everyone gets the same valentine from you at school. Special presents can be given when parents are present at dismissal and all my parents have supported this in past.
And Branden's comment "This sends a message and the message is that you're a stud", really annoyed me. Of course it's about how his son is a "stud". How about "the message is that this girl is special"? If they have to send a message at all?
The toxic masculinity is just so rampant. Those boys have little hope of turning into decent men with Branden as a dad.

Do they have a VR headset for EVERYONE in the family?
I can't. I just can't. Please, God, let their 15 minutes end soon! People are dying. Families are worried about paying bills and getting evicted.
And if once again I have jumped to conclusions based on an idiotic thumbnail, please forgive me.

Why did mindy feel the need to get a new mixer?! Because Stephanie has that one? Mindy rarely cooks, let alone bakes, she needs to keep up with everyone else.

Random rant but does Mindy ever wear garments she's in tank tops and unmodest bathing suits constantly and you never see garment lines and some of her t shirts are cut very close to the shoulder.

I'd never normally comment but Mindy is such a phoney passive aggressive person and I think she uses her religious beliefs to virtue signal when I doubt she even follows the church's rules.

To be fair it dosent seem like any of the people Mindy hangs around properly wear their garments. Lindsay dosent, Michelle, Britt and even Mana Jo all wore bathing suits like the knee you’re taking about at one point. I think in modern times things are changing it isn’t a thing specific to Mindy. If anything, I think Mindy is more religious than some people who were born LDS.

It might be a Utah thing because Jeena Wilder and Chelsie Dort are pretty modest but I don't think either live in Utah

How many days in a row do we have to listen to Mindy complaining about the roads? You live in Utah. How are you not used to driving in the snow at this point? It’s not like they live somewhere like Texas that doesn’t get snow and is not prepared for it. If you can’t drive in the snow without making a billion Instagram stories about it afterwards, then maybe you should stay home.

She has no life. Yammering to her "instafam" is all she has going on. That's why she does 85 instastory a day!
She really should start doing nails again, pandemic notwithstanding.

Yep. Betting it's a plantar wart.
But they gotta make a big deal out of it and monetize it.
Wonder if they'll refer to her as a "toddler".

I think of toddlers as 2 and 3 year olds not 5 year olds.

Everyone does. Except for youtubers trying to make more money off of their videos because they know toddlers get more views.

Actually, even three is stretching it. Toddlers are 1-2 year olds (up to 3 but generally not past it). The term comes from the way they "toddle" when they walk. Most 3 year olds can walk pretty well. 3-5 year olds are preschoolers. But "toddler" put before anything, especially an injury, gets more views than "child" or "preschooler". OK Baby uses toddler to describe their kids, Daily Bumps used toddler for Ollie way past the time he actually was a toddler, and all the videos about Hazy's arm had "toddler" in the title. Hazy was not a toddler when she broke her arm, but "Toddler Broken Arm" gets a lot more views than "Preschooler Broken Arm", and Branden knows it. I honestly wouldn't put it past him to use it now.
And it's just despicable the way they use the kids' medical issues for views. It's one of the things that I loathe the most about family vloggers.
Sorry for the rant.

I didn't have super great potatoes in my fridge!! Yeah- potatoes don't belong in the fridge! OMG no wonder she cooks crappy food. OH, and another thing- It's a wart, it's not surgery to remove. I've been using the pads on mine for a month. I can't believe how they teased her and made it more terrifying for her, but hey it gets them views!!
