That was pretty rude, damn. Randy seems like a good guy. Do you watch their videos? I don't think they are faking how they eat. Haylee is often vlogging herself as she grocery shops & prepares meals. The healthy snacks video was, as you acknowledged, a sponsored video. They both stated in the video that they should make an effort to have healthier snacks.
Here's the thing. I don't see the harm in randy being sweet and affectionate with Hazzel. She doesn't reject him and she is often seen climbing on him or leaning into him in the videos. All children deserve to be loved and to have two parents. Hazzel's bio dad doesn't seem to be around, but Randy is. At least Haylee is providing stability for Hazzel, and from what I can see from her videos, she's modeling a healthy relationship for Hazzel with her relationship with Randy. There are so many worse people out there than Haylee. Save your negativity for them lol.
