Do you hear yourself Elle??
She sounds like she's absolutely INSANE now. I think she's forgotten what a newborn is like. Personality may be innate, but as a fetus, newborn,... I don't think (actually, I KNOW, I'm not an idiot) that the baby is making conscious decisions about her 'activities' and how those decisions are affecting her mother. Wouldn't it be insane if you had a little pain in the ass baby who made you break out and fat and swollen on purpose??? Come on Elle!!

Elle can only see things within the framework of how they affect her. She will even create drama like this in her own mind so she can have yet another reason to play the victim.

Has anyone noticed on her IG she has changed her mantra from “empowering women to be empowered” to “inspiring women to be empowered and supported.”

Thoughts:

1. She definitely reads here since we made fun of “empowering women to be empowered” a few weeks ago.

2. She realizes that she’s not actually empowering anybody, so she’s calling herself “inspirational” instead so that everybody is responsible for their own empowerment.

3. Not sure how you inspire someone to be supported. Doesn’t even make sense. You either support them or you don’t. And you don’t, since you shut down that woman who shared with you about her several losses in an effort to support YOU.

4. She’s not inspirational.

5. Let’s see what bio she rolls out next week. INSPIRING WOMEN TO BE INSPIRED, perhaps? SUPPORTING WOMEN TO BE SUPPORTED?

Oh my fucking god, you guys. ANOTHER essay on the blog explaining to us lowlives what a peer-reviewed medical journal is and how it compares to joeblowwebsite.com. Then she goes on to talk about 8 case studies she read. Why does she need to read case studies? BABIES ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT HEAD FIRST. THAT IS THE WAY NATURE INTENDS IT AND THEREFORE IT IS THE SAFEST. C-SECTIONS ARE A SAFE ALTERNATIVE WHERE VAGINAL BIRTHS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED/IMPOSSIBLE AND THAT IS WHY THEY EXIST. C-SECTIONS UNDOUBTEDLY SAVE MORE LIVES (BABY AND MOTHER) THAN NOT. I read literally zero case studies to come to this conclusion because it is fucking common knowledge at this point.

She also uses the term “ininofitself” in the same essay where she’s trying to come across as a fucking expert on breech babies. IN AND OF ITSELF. 4 words. Not one. Not “inin”. IN AND.

AND THEN she has the fucking GALL to say that she would never judge a woman for choosing a breech vaginal birth, but it’s not for her, and saying that breech vaginal births are safer than c-sections would be factually incorrect. In other words “you’re wrong, but okay.” Basically, she is switching gears. She’s gone from “you’re wrong about epidurals being safe, but okay” to “you’re wrong about breech vaginal deliveries being safe, but okay.” NOT JUDGING THOUGH, JUST LETTING YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR BABY AT RISK, SCIENCE TELLS US THIS. TOTALLY NOT JUDGING, HOPE YOU AND YOUR BABY LIVE.

The only good news from this blog is that it does sound like she’s accepting her c-section prospect. It’s honestly way better for her mental health that she accepts it sooner than later. A few weeks goes by quick.

I can’t be stopped today. Clearly.

Her writing has always been notoriously bad to me. At one point she said she hired someone who was helping with social media and such, so I assumed it was some kid writing her strangely written Facebook posts who sucked at perspective/grammar/etc... but her blog posts and rambling instagram posts say it all.

Wow, I’ve never actually visited her blog until now, so I could witness the “ininofitself” for myself 😂

But can I just say, her grammar and punctuation are terrible!!! I will admit, mine can get a bit sloppy too while I’m texting, or ranting on pages like this, but it always blows my mind when “bloggers” have atrocious grammar and punctuation. If I’m posting something relatively permanent, with the intentions of many reading it, you’re damned right I’m going to re-read it 7 times and probably get a proof reader (my husband or whichever girlfriend is handy for a moment) to give it a once over!

Have been reading this thread like CRAZY the last couple of weeks, ya'll have been killing it speaking my thoughts exactly. But finally had to put in some two cents because today's video was so scary to me.

I didn't have the patience to watch her whole pregnancy recap at the end, because I can't tell you how much I don't care, but that car conversation....

I agree, she has officially gone insane. She is already deciding in her mind WHO this baby is. I remember being pregnant with my son and thinking he was going to be an active one because it almost felt like he was dancing in my womb all the time. Low and behold, I have a two year old who actually loves to dance and NEVER stops! But to project so heavily on your unborn child so many SPECIFIC things about them???? My mouth was agape. It was so bizarre to listen to. YEAH ELLE, SURE. How can a baby know who she is yet??? She doesn't even know anything outside of your belly right now!! All she wants is to be cozy and warm in there! She can't even conceive of a need or desire yet, because she's perfectly safe and comfortable in your womb and has want for nothing. So how does it make sense to say she knows who she is and what she wants??? So strange to talk about your baby like they are a teenager or something.

"She took a lot of time coming into existence"---- yes because that was totally her decision right?? How can a baby decide when it comes into existence? I honestly think she has finally gone off the rails, officially.

"This pregnancy felt very different"---- a lot of people say their pregnancies were different with their boys VS girls. Others just say every pregnancy is different. You are not special, Elle, this is a common experience.

She's made you reconsider what your priorities really are? What about your boys? What about Dan? :| Seriously, what the hell is wrong with her? I wish she would have expanded on what she really meant by this.

This is a very dangerous thing to say. What medical professional would even let a woman try a breech vaginal birth nowadays? Maybe a quack lay midwife (and I'm not saying every lay midwife is a quack, but there are some who are), but certainly not a CNM or an Ob-gyn, if they don't want to potentially get sued/lose their license.

It sounds like she is using mental gymnastics to try very hard to accept her C-section, but the fact that she's had to write multiple essays about it shows that it's a struggle. I'm sure it's very difficult to accept, but there's a point at which she has to move on and realize this is not going to negatively affect her baby's health, or hers, in the long-term. She keeps going over the same points and is clearly trying to convince herself it's going to be okay while panicking on the inside about not getting her ideal birth. Doesn't sound like she's come even close to the "acceptance" stage yet, but that she is still pretty much in denial about the whole thing.

She’s blowing this c section up way out of proportion. They way she’s been plastering her comments all over social media and even her blog makes it seem like she was being attacked for considering the C-section and she’s being forced to defend this decision. I haven’t seen one person “attack” her or put her in a position that in her deranged head she would need to defend her decision if it comes to a c-section.

She is either delusional of how important she is and her “people” need constant updates like she’s Megan Markel, or she is already feeling judged (by whom I have no idea because no one cares) for possibly having a c section.

She really needs to make an appointment with her psychiatrist never mind an acupuncturist, chiropractor, etc to get to the root of this issue before she explodes.

I bet at home she’s sulking like a spoiled brat because things aren’t going her way at all during this entire pregnancy.

SORRY ELLE, ITS CALLED LIFE.

Somewhat unrelated, but I see Elle moving away from the YouTube platform. She’s a very lazy “mom boss” and doesn’t really plan and carry out content well. Add in YT’s new family restrictions AND a new baby and I’ll think we’ll be BLESSED with more of her blog writing and Instagram “content”.

I use the word content lightly. Posting your kids in a bounce house isn’t influencer status. I get to watch my boring ass kids (that I love with all my soul) in a bounce house on the reg, I don’t need to see her little “Vikings” in one too

If she IS moving away from YT, she needs to make some MAJOR changes. Choose a direction for her brand, get some consistency (beyond your shitty orange filter) and PLAN SOME REAL CONTENT. Nobody is going to follow her with just rando family pictures and ads ads ads. She will sink miserably.

So true!

And that orange filter, she stole it from Tone It Up.

Sorry Elle, it only works for Cali girls who don’t take photos of dog hair on their pants and the same air plant over and over again.

Truth!!
Here’s proof that her filter doesn’t work for her lifestyle:
56ED9AF7-F982-4780-9174-2AB1FEE0FC36.jpeg
Although, I don’t see Elle moving away from YouTube. I think it seems that way right now because she’s so fucking lazy. Oh, oops, I mean, baby girl is challenging her to rethink her priorities! Elle probably just doesn’t want a whole slew of videos of her weighing 180lbs scattered across the internet for eternity. That chub doesn’t really fit her AeStHeTiC! Plus, she could NEVER walk away from 198k followers!! It’s physically impossible for her to do it, especially when her insta following is only 22k, and I don’t even know what her Facebook following is, probably 3k. She just could not face not seeing numbers that high and having that many more opportunities for validation. If she walked away from YouTube, I would be SHOCKED! Although, if I’m being perfectly honest, I think that’s exactly what she needs. Her personality and past traumas don’t lend themselves well to this type of career.
