So ridiculous. Chad has to buy his own clothes, yet princess Shari takes all the clothes her mom buys for all the girls, doesn’t share anything and acts like she’s a damn queen.

OMG this woman needs to stop punishing her son for things that she all ready sent him away for! It is not kids to buy their own clothes!
She drives me insane, couldn’t even watch the whole video.

Just coming here to check if I was the only one thinking Ruby was horrible for not providing clothes for her Chad.
She is so neglectful on so many levels. Three of her kids weren't at dinner and she didn't realize they were home until Shari said something?

Chad should have so much more money than $200 she’s made so much money off the poor kid he should be compensated for being exploited.
She did that whole shopping thing in the living room for all her other kids why doesn’t chad get new clothes like that too?!
And ruby buy your kid a damn lunch box. Sending your child to school with their lunch in a ziplock bag is so sad.

Oh Ruby was actually serious about not buying Chad clothes? I thought it was just a bad joke. That’s like, at the minimum, what a mother should be providing for her child. She’s really not mentally sound is she?

No wonder he wants to join the military, that's the quickest way out of her house. He will probably thrive in the military.nsf5555 wrote:Oh Ruby was actually serious about not buying Chad clothes? Omg them eating raw bread dough is disgusting! Idiot makes chicken Alfredo and forgets the chicken! WTF? There were zero vegetables on that plate. No wonder the kids are small and have issues..she’s neglecting them. While she goes to the temple and treats HERSELF to lunch! Absolutely shameful! I think she has a brain tumor or early onset Alzheimer’s. Or she’s just a stupid bitch.

She bought all new uniforms for him thinking she was going to get him to go back to private school. Then she realized that after having said she would let Chad decide where he wanted to go, she had to let him go to public school. So she's punishing him for not doing what she wanted..
#mothersarepowerful. Sure, Jan. Actually, I do believe we are powerful. We have the power to raise kind, socially aware, responsible people. But only if we put OUR egos aside and model that behavior. Not treat our kids as second class citizens who are there to make us look good.

Unbelievable. She takes herself way too seriously and tries too hard to be an adult. I've commented before on her videos that while I understand athletics can be a very serious hobby and interest, she is in HIGH SCHOOL and should NOT be injuring herself long term for the sake of high school sports. I don't care what her fancy school's coaches and athletic trainers say. It's just awful.ctx2002 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 7:57 am In Shari's vlog today, she mentioned likely having compartment syndrome in her lower legs, and that they're looking at scheduling for surgery over the Christmas break. She said several physical therapists have told her, but I hope she's had a doctor officially diagnose it to be sure.
It sounds like she has the chronic version, which is generally caused by overuse of the muscle (in her case, running/exercise). I haven't really seen any videos of her running, but if her technique isn't good and she doesn't allow enough time to recover, I can see how it would happen over time. The acute version would be usually caused by a severe injury (e.g. broken bone) and is more of an emergency, avoid-permanent-muscle-damage surgery.

Yep, how long is Chad going to get punished for what he got sent away for? Think a lot of how Ruby is treating him is because Chad didn't want to attend the private school again so she is going to make him pay for that decision! I just can't figure people out that comment on her IG about how great a parent she is and how they will ask her advice about parenting, etc! I'm like, did I watch different vlogs than what they watch?bluebutterfly_05 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 5:53 am OMG this woman needs to stop punishing her son for things that she all ready sent him away for! The dinner bit was confusing to me too. If you have chicken in the fridge, get it out and give it to the kids! Don't tell them if you want chicken, get it out of the fridge yourselves! So am I correct that their whole meal was the noodles?

I haven’t watch them in forever but after seeing Ruby’s story of Chad at the Boy Scout thing last night I had to come in here and make a comment. His pants were absolutely freaking scandalous. I’m a 40-year-old woman who has 4 children of her own and I am so freaking ashamed of that woman right now. that was ridiculous.

Agreed. Poor kid..you could see everything. He has been wearing those same pants in the vlogs since he got home. If he isn’t embarrassed by it now I’m sure he will be in the future.Catface2 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:54 amAgreed. Re: 8 Passengers :Private Schools and Public Humiliations | Part #14
I'm so irritated with today's vlog. She bought new clothes for all the other kids at the beginning of the school year (yes, I noticed then that she didn't buy any for Chad), but thought she'd just get his later when he came home. She bought clothes for her oldest child - Shari (technically Abby, but Shari took them and said Abby could "borrow" them), but not Chad, because he needs to learn responsibility. What about Shari? It's just so wrong to single Chad out like that. Ugh. If you are a parent - then parent! I don't have children, because I don't want them, nor would it be good for them. But if you have them, then treat them correctly and not like little slaves/ objects you want to control in order to make yourself look good. Btw, you don't.
So triggered right now.

Same, this vlog had me absolutely raging. Teaching your kids responsibility and the value of money is absolutely a good thing but that is NOT what she is doing by donating all of her son's clothes out of anger at them being on the floor and then making him alone out of all the kids buy his own clothes??? It's not like he wants something special in addition to his regular clothes, these are his basic needs everyday clothes! How is she not ashamed of sharing this on the internet?! She treats her daughters so much better than her sons, I could rant all day about how poorly she treats Russel. Shari is so demanding and snobby and she still gets better treatment.CandleSand wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 11:26 am I'm so irritated with today's vlog. Plain spaghetti and a roll would have been a pretty regular meal in my house growing up, but it was super lazy for Ruby to say the chicken is in the fridge ready to be heated up and the kids could do it themselves if they wanted it. And to not know which of her kids were at home.

I totally agree it’s ridiculous that she’s not buying Chad clothing for school! I also think it’s disgustingly wasteful that she orders all of her household products to her house from amazon.... the garbage and waste that creates just because she’s too lazy to go to the store..? All of her kids are in school all day. She has no excuse

Holy moly, Shari is what? 16? 17? And she's shaming her 12 year old sister to thousands of people for making a mistake while trying to help with the laundry?? Not only is this embarrassing for Abby, but it's so disgusting and humiliating for Shari to do. This isn't how you help someone learn from their mistakes; this is how you shame someone. I hope she looks back on this and realizes how embarrassing it was for her to do this, but honestly she'll probably look back and laugh.
