So I just started watching The Bumps Along the Way about a month ago. I'm a very casual watcher and watch maybe one video a week. I just thought it was interesting what my first impression was of them and what it is now.

First Impression: Wow! They are very young and live in such a nice house! They must really have their act together financially! They seem to be pretty hardworking. There's a lot of talk of Bryan working but I haven't seen him go to work yet it must be because of the holidays.

The suspicion starts to creep in: Why do they only vlog in their master bedroom? Why do they bake cookies and candy every night? Is it like their "thing?" They are the baker vloggers? If it is their thing then why are they so terrible at baking? They sure go out a lot lately. Why do they go to target or walmart literally every single day?

The truth: The live with their parents (I think it's smart to save money but I can't imagine starting a family with your parents and siblings in the house), so clearly they aren't as together as I thought they were (like financially). Why on earth are they already discussing having a second child when the first one is so young and Missy still has her uterus issue? Do they ever do anything? I thought it was a fluke because of the holidays but nope they basically go out to eat and go to the store and that's it.

Uhh if they would have read the directions on that monitor I'm positive it would have explicitly stated to NOT put it in the crib with the baby. Are you freaking kidding me???? They really don't care about that miracle baby!!! I'm appalled!!!!

I don't think they ever plan on not living with Missy's parents. Even when they talk about eventually buying a house I get the impression they're going to buy a house with them. I don't know though. I think it's weird personally.

There is great speculation (not saying its unfounded) that Bryan has posted craigslist ads to go meet up with local guys at gyms and some members on here have found a couple of these ads. There are screenshots a couple threads back.

I'm one of the ones guilty for watching their vlogs. I don't do it because I like them.. I do it because I like to see their train wreck of a life. Also because I'm bored.. a lot of youtubers seem to be slacking and things are getting really boring lately. Anyways.. I went to watch the vlog for today and couldn't make t a minute. Same shit different day ! I am disgusted. What if the shaytards stayed home and vlogged all day ? They would be boring too. Go do something !

Sorry for the double post, but they seriously need to look into sleep safety for babies!

I thought it was a well known fact that there is not suppose to be anythng in the crib with a baby that young. Once he is older that is a different story. I think they have too much stuff in there with him. He should no even have a blanket to sleep with at this age. Not a loose one.. he could suffocate !

Exactly! Even the quilt hanging on the side of the crib is a suffocation risk, he could easily pull it on top of himself.
