Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
That's normal though. Once you're fluent in a language, you don't ever lose the ability to understand everything. But it does get harder to communicate and articulate your own thoughts if you're out of practice for a while and no longer fully immersed in it. Which is another reason why it would be so great for the kids to learn Spanish now, because then Oscar would have someone to speak it with on a regular basis too, so that he doesn't continue losing the ability to speak the language himself.jazzhello_1 wrote:Agreed 100%!! but also shouldnt Oscar learn proper spanish first. They had them running around in a diaper in the snow last winter. Thought it was amazing. Minions attacked anyone who thought differently with their favorite "it's not your kid shut up"Coco_ wrote:it’s 40 degrees at night where they live in utah and alaya is outside in a diaper

Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
yes i think it would be good as well for him to do that with the kids, but what i mean is i dont think the kids will truly know spanish if they only learn basic phrases on something like duolingo, because i dont think oscar has the ability to teach them proper spanish. I think the only way they will learn is if oscar's family talks to them in only spanish when they spend time with the kids. hope this makes senseKKand3boys wrote:That's normal though. The kids never have a jacket on when they are outside. especially alaya
and once again they couldnt fucking shower Levi for his birthday. you couldnt do him the service to bathe him ..or change his dingy short and im guessing not chaging his diaper . ...and why are you asking levi if he wants lll his pillows ? this kid doesnt even have a bed make space fo him...make the adult decision to offer this kid a decent rest UGH

Yeah I feel like Kyra barely knows how to care for herself, let alone soon to be three babies. If nobody ever taught her about her own hygiene then of course it transfers to her poor kids too.Steps_to_STFU wrote:How does one not know that? It's insane. Not to mention they're all dressed like its colder there now yet Alaya is naked in bed. No wonder she isn't asleep she is probably colddoggotwo wrote: They even had Levi sleeping in the same shirt he’d been playing outside in all day. I remember Kyra once saying that was one of the things she regretted not knowing when Levi was a baby was that she was supposed to change him into pajamas at night... yet she still doesn’t even though she knows better now.

I’ve heard Oscar speak Spanish in some vlogs and he isn’t very good but he does know how to speak it. He should for sure try to teach the kids and kyra how to say basic things like colors, fruits, objects. It’s just a thought to get them started. I feel like he has no interest or patience on teaching them Spanish :/jazzhello_1 wrote:Agreed 100%!! but also shouldnt Oscar learn proper spanish first. Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
That’s a dad thing. Now if the mom were Hispanic she’ll most likely teach the kids Spanish. I see this a lot, if only the father speaks Spanish he most likely won’t teach them it’s always the Hispanic moms. (Coming from a Hispanic). We really don’t know why they do that I guess they don’t care?lovelysmiles100 wrote:I’ve heard Oscar speak Spanish in some vlogs and he isn’t very good but he does know how to speak it. Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
Kyra’s pantry organization video:
1) crappy sponsorship
2) she doesn’t know the word “shelf”, calls them cabinets then counters. This is on a voiceover recorded later, you’d think she could look the word up.
3) she is using vinegar and water to clean but seems upset that it smells like vinegar. Mmm ok.
4) their medicines are stashed on the bottom of the pantry in a basket, in a perfect spot for her kids (who are unsupervised enough that they’re constantly getting into makeup) to get into it. Guess the next video will be “sissy at the ER she took our painkillers!”

How is it not common sense to put medicine up high do the kids can't get into them, i'm mind blown. The fact that they are bringing a 3rd baby into the world is scary.sasperillo wrote:Kyra’s pantry organization video:

Such a late reply but I’m 21 weeks pregnant and often leak urine when I have a full bladder and I sneeze or cough hahaLilbambi wrote:These can be good on light period days, or when you think your due. Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
Kind of late to add but: Incontinence is a pretty common pregnancy (and female) issue that people don’t really talk about as much as they should (in my opinion!) It’s the same reason why women are more likely to get UTIs/bladder infections/etc. — our urinary tracts are super short compared to men. Much easier for a leak to happen, germs and bacteria to enter, etc. It’s a lot more likely during pregnancy because of hormone changes and a baby potentially pushing on the bladder and really the only thing you can do for it (aside from some surgical options after birth and healing) is to flex and build up your pelvic floor muscles (which are the muscles you use to ‘hold’ your pee). I can’t recall the exact stat off the top of my head but many women struggle with some degree of urinary incontinence post birth, sometimes for a few weeks (very common), sometimes for years (much less likely.)tinakris24 wrote:Such a late reply but I’m 21 weeks pregnant and often leak urine when I have a full bladder and I sneeze or cough hahaLilbambi wrote:These can be good on light period days, or when you think your due. Just watched her story on IG. Is it just me or is she making a big deal out of nothing? Shit happens. It's paint. Go to the store, match the paint, paint the god damn wall. Problem solved.

After watching Kyras latest instagram story I honestly feel really bad for her. It's something so stupid and simple to fix for us in healthy relationships but we have seen this many times where Kyra is worried that Oscar will rage, which I'm sure he does off camera. Such an awful relationship they must be in, poor Kyra. Oscar seems really controlling.

I don’t think she’s overreacting at all. I think this is a good reminder of Oscar’s controlling and abusive personality. She is truly worried because she knows that there is going to be a confrontation and she was hoping that they could maintain the peace they’ve established.flightlessbird wrote:Just watched her story on IG. Not being allowed to hang things up is absurd and crazy when you own a place. The only reason you wouldn’t do it is if you plan on reselling the place quickly. Even if you do make a mess as you said a patch will fix it or habg another picture over it. He’s the one who is unreasonable.

Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
I agree that they’re the worst match. But I haven’t forgotten the early days where they were much more transparent. Oscar is the controlling and angry one. Kyra is needy and not at all independent. They are both manipulative: she gets emotional and cries and he gets cold, emotionally distant and mean (and violent, he punched holes through walls). As demonstrated in the Alaya babas vlog they never learned to communicate or compromise, instead they sneak around each other to do things hey know the other parent wouldn’t approve. They’re both terrible, but I think he’s the absolute worst and the only reason people aren’t picking on him more this year (compared to the past) is that he’s been almost completely absent from the vlogs.kayjay wrote:They both have anger issues, they're the worst matchSwedishgirlses wrote:After watching Kyras latest instagram story I honestly feel really bad for her. Re: OKBandaidBaby | Part 24
They seriously lack common sense. Their house is new, if the builder didn’t leave them touch up paint then ask what color it is. Don’t rip command strips off the wall, follow the directions. Use picture hanging nails. Like don’t not decorate because you might have to fill a tiny hole. What a sad life.

I don't think she'd treat Oscar the way she does if she was scared of him. I hardly ever watch them anymore but in the vlog from Levi's birthday Kyra gets an attitude with Oscar several times and begins to start little fights with him while he's the one that's happy. She's not meek and avoiding arguing with him when she starts half of them.sasperillo wrote:I don’t think she’s overreacting at all.
