I say it all the time that she’s burned out. But she claims she doesn’t need help. She’s making excuses for CJ. You’d think that since a skinny wife is the most important thing in his marriage, he’d actually encourage her to get out and go do a real work out. Her works outs she’s doing all wrong especially abs, and the fact that she doesn’t work all muscle groups and just does cardio she’s wasting her time. She needs to do some research or talk to a trainer before recommending tgis bullshit to the public.

I do . She had a baby six months ago. But no doubt that her work out routine isn’t effective and it’s all about restricting her diet.

So diet and exercise is definitely my realm. I'm an amateur body builder.

What shes doing is NOT cardio. Cardio involves getting you HR up above 130/140. If you're doing cardio, talking while exercising is difficult. Where shes talking throughout her workouts, it's obvious her heart rate is very low. I think she even said she keeps it at 110. So shes in fat burning zone.

But shes doing it all wrong! In order for your fat burning to be effective, you need to first hit a higher heart rate (between 150-160, depending on age, weight, gender, etc) then let it come down to fat burning zone. Also, 30 minutes in fat burning really isnt doing much for your body. Fat burn requires an extended elevated heart rate to be effective. An hour or two.

And her ab workoutnis atrocious. There are many, many exercises she could do at home that prevent her from further injuring her abdominals. You dont have to do crunches to work your core.

It's cool that shes trying. I give her props for that. Because exercise is hard, especially if you dont enjoy doing it. But she should seek advice from a professional, instead of her husband. After all. He has almost no muscle mass. So hes obviously not a good source for this info.

I’ll give her props on this last video that at least she did some research and made it less about her and more about the topic. Hopefully she continues to improve. She’s super awkward and robotic when she reads quotes or scriptures, it’s like watching a kid give a talk in primary.

Yeah that was really stupid... she went off about people who don’t wear their garments when they should and I’m here like, bitch you took em off TO CURL YOUR HAIR!!

Like someone said on here, I personally don’t care how she lives her covenants. That’s between her and God. I’ve received criticism for lounging in my garments at home with my roommate who is also endowed, for example. What bugs me is she points her finger at people who do exactly what she does, or secretly wishes she did.
