Yes but, as far as we know/can see, Rachelle and her mother and sister are all blonde. She would have to have the gene from her dad or grandparents. Justin's not only the the closest to Emma with red hair but that girl got his exact face (except she got Rash's nose - poor thing).

So more and more family channels are bringing up the fact that their days of pimping out their kids are numbered. Do we think Rash is freaking out? Or is she in denial that it will affect her? I don't know the details of YT's new policy, but MAN! they're really screwing over family channels! I'm kind of not mad about it either. It's about time.

Is it actually going to effect the family channels? From what I was hearing it was just channels that were fully children based. Ryan’s toy, etc. Man, if this means family channels there are going to be a lot of them that better get some real jobs lined up ASAP.

I had time today to fuck around and take a peek at the houses on Zillow and my god, she settled. There are HUGE houses with pools + more bedrooms for WAY less than what they paid. Also IF i'm looking at the right house, the street she lives on is rather ironic

She didn’t settle. They couldn’t afford any of those. Her mother cosigned the loan for the down payment of the $200K they could actually get approved for and they are paying the owners the rest monthly at their same monthly rent price as the old place.

This is just a theory. The property records don’t show a sale yet at that address (tax records are still to previous owner), BUT in some areas it takes a bit of time for records to update. It’s a little peculiar to me that the deed records say they are update through a recording date of 9/5 (which would be after the closing), but some states use e-recording and some do it via mailing the signed docs to the clerk which could cause a delay. I will be watching though as it should definitely be reflected in the records in the next few weeks.

That’s my understanding too. It will greatly affect channels targeted to an AUDIENCE of children, as it should! But I’m unclear how it will change channels that portray children but are watched by (mostly) adults. I wish YouTube would instill protection for the children whose lives are being broadcast to support their lazy parents. They should at least be entitled to have some of the profit put away in accounts for them a la child actors. That’s basically what they are.

Drama is always good for views but I don’t think she has ever announced prior to her second beta, which is probably at 12dp5dt which would be today, if her first beta was on a Monday at 10dp5dt. Monday would have told her if she was pregnant and at a healthy beta HCG but most IVF mamas don’t breathe easy until they see their numbers have doubled appropriately. But if she doesn’t post today or tomorrow then she’s definitely milking the whole thing.

And only in rare cases can you have a co-signer for a mortgage who doesn’t also have a proportionate ownership interest (that is reflected on the deed). A mortgage is a secured debt, secured by the property. If you have a mortgage and default on it, they take the property to get their money back. But if you don’t own it they can’t take it back from you... which is why if you’re on the mortgage, you are 99% sure to be on the deed as well.

It wouldn’t surprise me if she’s been testing for a few days. I tested from 9dpo last month but that ended in a chemical. Super common for women trying to convince to start testing early.
She wasn’t really on social media yesterday (except the ad) and seemed a little off in the last vlog. (Also, no vlog yesterday).
I feel like if she had gotten a positive she’d be giddy and happy and therefore on ig stories rambling about something with a big grin.
I’m getting the vibe she’s sulking.

What do you mean? If your name is on the deed it means you are the/an owner. The deed always shows ownership.

This is according to Google
It is possible to be named on the title deed of a home without being on the mortgage. However, doing so assumes risks of ownership because the title is not free and clear of liens and possible other encumbrances. Free and clear means that no one else has rights to the title above the owner.
