6.6 MILLION people are without a job. She has NO empathy for them and continues to try and sell that crap.

So she is supposed to say no. I know I just bought a house and have a baby on the way that will need serious medical attention right away. But I should be more empathetic right now? I mean... did you ever hear her say buy this stuff before Covid-19 happened and actually went to the website and bought something?

I realize this is a gossip site, but just be a little more realistic.

I don’t watch her enough or pay attention to her IG stories enough to know if she pushed sales for make up for covid-19. Everyone should have more empathy now, not less. But I like empathy towards people like Alex.

My summary:

1. Callie is being allowed to harm more frogs.
2. They want the baby to get nice and fat.
3. Alex's depression has lifted so now she's preaching to viewers to not be lazy like she was for 6 months and get up and work around the house.
4. By complete coincidence (lol!) they have landed on acreage at the start of Spring, so they're going to learn how to garden, and teach their viewers through the entire season. That doesn't sound at all like a business plan that they surely mapped out in 2018 when they bought the RV.
5. Alex is whingeing about the couch. She doesn't like it. Phil got annoyed. Alex sulked.
6. Alex looks 40 weeks pregnant.

You can fail your one hour glucose test and not have GD. You kind of just hope to pass it so you don’t have to go through the fasting and pain of the 3 hour one. I’m happy she’s getting that even if she’s monitoring her own blood sugar. I thought she might eat well to get good numbers, declare herself free from GD, then eat terribly for the rest of her pregnancy.

My midwife has like 40+ years of experience. She only ever sends her ladies for the 3hr test. She said as a clinic they saw so many not pass the 1hr but pass the 3hr and made a choice like 15 years ago. And lets be honest ladies would rather do it once than twice for 4 whole hours. Also saved her a buttload of paperwork for both tests.

Bahahahah! The fact that she thinks she will be able to garden while her bio baby is in nicu etc is just ridiculous. I can’t wait to see that fail epically. Also digging up worms before you even have a clue of composting is just unnecessary. Who is going to take care of the compost when they are tied up. Composting is somewhat an art form and I don’t think they have an idea “how long” it actually takes. It’s not an overnight thing.
Put up something for the girls to play...sandbox etc so they can enjoy the land while you 2 are caught up with bio-baby. Garden when you have lived on your land for a year and actually understand southern weather etc...it’s a waste of time and money to start now and leave it to your family to take care of it.

My husband and I garden every year here in south Alabama for the past 4 years and we scaled back because I am due in about a week with a healthy baby. But extra work is just not needed right now.and we actually know what we are doing

Thank you! I realize it's petty, but it's always irked me how they use descriptors as names. During the video of Callie's birth, they were constantly saying "We're just waiting on birth mom. Birth mom wants time. Birth mom wants privacy."
I mean, I get that birth mom is the appropriate term, it was just odd how they kept using it in that strange context - not OUR birth mom, or OUR BABY'S birth mom.
And now it's baby girl. "Baby girl has dad's heart. Baby girl will be in the NICU. We have a mattress for baby girl." It just sounds so odd.

It’s not that odd. In the UK, it’s quite common not to reveal baby’s name until birth. With both of my children, I had ideas but waited until they were born and I could ‘see them’ to decide on a name. For all mentions of them, be it in person or social media, once we found out genders, they were ‘baby boy’ or ‘baby girl’. Not that traumatic.

....ummm I get wanting a garden and chicks but weeks before you are about to have a baby with major heart issues?? I'd be getting the house 100% ready and activities/ play area for the older girls set up before I'd be thinking about anything else

Oh ya... plant a garden get chicks. I don’t care. But you are a moron to do BOTH weeks before a special needs baby is born.

My mom was an AVID gardener, would spend hours every evening watering her flowers outside and tending to them. Now she only planted the flowers that already started. She didn’t start with seeds like Alex is doing. What Alex is doing seems like it’s more work.

This new "surprise" is absolutely ridiculous. I would have straight away put up a swing set in the backyard for the girls and left it at that. They have a baby on the way with serious complications!! How irresponsible.
