You see 10 minutes of their day! Who's to say they're not helping him learn to speak the rest of the time? It's not exactly something you'd film when you're trying to keep your kid focused. As for laughing when he misbehaves, I've noticed E&J do that with Jackson as well. They'll tell him "naughty!" but they sit there and giggle and laugh while they do it. There's only so much you can do when they're that little.

I was just about to say this, I thought Bryan was going to help out but all he has done is vlog people and children church services (which I think is VERY rude), going to knock off markets, trying to get discounts on coconuts, and apparently got a pedicure in Cambodia. No wonder Missy's aunt is so sick of him, even that guy that Bryan was with yesterday is starting to get annoyed by him but seems too nice to say anything.
The only type of "help" we have seen him do so far was show this kid how to edit vlogs, according to his IG.
Everybody there is trying to help the people of Cambodia, yet its all a vacation to Bryan.

Plus, it's pretty disgusting to be a tourist in a 3rd world country.

Don't forget his constant use of "this is why they are the way they are". WTF does that mean? He totally talks down about the people like they are savages.

Are you a parent? Those targets are the minimum. A kid with two stay at home parents and involved grandparents I would expect to be "advanced" and not just meeting targets. Most parents would say their kids tended to meet those targets early, meaning they are fairly generous.

Jackson is younger, and Ellie doesn't laugh when he has a temper tantrum or acts out... so he seldom does. Only the spitting she's laughed at, and yes, that will get old and I'm sure she'll learn it was a mistake to have laughed at it.

B&M either ignore when Ollie is rude, hitting, etc or they laugh at him.

I read the article. It reminded me of some vlogs back when I used to watch the vlogs and Oliver was starting to say "a da?" And it seemed he was saying "what's that?" Every time he would do it Missy or Bryan would just copy what he said and how he said it "a da?" Rather than tell him what it was he pointing at. I'm sure Oliver would be leaps and bounds ahead where he is now if his parents actually took the time to try and understand him and teach him in instances like this.

My middle child was saying 5 words by 18 months and he needed speech therapy.... So Ollie will more than likely need it as well, he mostly babbles.
My daughter is slightly younger than Ollie and she's saying 80+ words easily and even putting 3 words together "good night, daddy".
They always just say " oh yeah...?? Mhhmmm" when Ollie points things out instead of "oh yeah, that's the humidifier". I've only ever heard him say momma, and ball recently.

Found it interesting in the comments of the "Children of Cambodia" vlog that Bryan directly linked someone to the Water of Life website to donate. They didn't do that with the December stuff where they raised $23,000...

*ETA: and in the "Exploring Cambodia" vlog, I went back and re-watched Ollie falling off the bike...Cassie has Missy's "Love Everlasting" shirt on. Guess Missy is finally growing up in the clothing department since no one has gawked on her outfit choices lately

It's real and has been an option on YouTube for awhile. Can't remember the exact name but after you reach a certain amount of subs you can charge people and then are allowed to watch your videos.

LOL Bryabetes is definitely hilarious!! I have no sympathy for people who make poor lifestyle choices! You only get one life, make it count. My father passed away at only 50 years old - that was the biggest eye opener to how short life really is. If Bryan wants to throw his life down the drain because he can't live without Jersey Mikes and Freebirds, then I feel absolutely no sympathy for him.

Chris pirillo lets his "patrons" see his videos sooner than they go public on his channel. He has done that for a while. Surprised the DBs haven't jumped all over that. The pirillos don't do their vlogs the very next day like most daily vloggers do though.

She's been doing that a lot lately. Pretty much every time she's playing with Ollie. I think it's because she's trying to make "moments" so she's seeing how it looks.

That's where the problem lies I think. Other vloggers are just videoing their lives as they go about their day, whereas B&M are trying to create the image of what they think is a "perfect life". They hide anything they think is less than perfect. Missy does anyway, Bryan may not care as much because he seems to slip up more.

Some people are more perceptive than others and can see the things that don't make sense and the truth behind the lies.. the minions seem to hate that.
