It was awfully sweet when she realized she had been feeling the baby. That made me smile from ear to ear, such an exciting thing for a mom to be.
The storm bit was so redic. You can tell they are PNW folks, they have no idea how to deal with a big storm. Where i live is actually more active than Tornado Alley, (Dixie Alley...) and they had me
That's ridiculous. Thunderstorms might be rare in the PNW, but they do happen, and even without thunder, you get wicked strong storms. Our power got knocked out regularly in Washington. I gotta know, but I don't want to watch. Did the 911 operator laugh at them?

the storms you guys get must not be anything like the storms we get here in the south and in the midwest. The vlog today showed them in a nasty storm again and i agree it was a pretty bad one but they are losing their minds. I would have just been sitting there watching and admiring it (although i am a weather nerd, love storms, extremely fascinated with tornados. Always wanted to be a storm chaser, RIP Tim Samaras)
Personal: We bought a brand new car in April, I had to drive it home from the dealership about 2 hours away. It had 6 miles on it when i drove it off the lot and i ran into the WORST storm i have ever driven in, in my entire life. Sideways rain, crazy close lightening and hail the size of nickles to ping pong balls that was so thick it looked like it had snowed. I was following my husband and we were on the freeway going 20 mph bc visibility was down to nothing, honestly i couldnt even see my headlights. We just kept rolling on bc we knew the further we went we would run out of the storm. I was white knuckled on the wheel the whole time but i was more upset that i was in this awful hail storm in my brand new car!!!!!! As soon as it cleared we pulled over to a gas station to check for damage and THANK GOD zero damage. (I learned from my insurance guy that unless the hail is HUGE like baseball size, you should keep moving in you car as much as possible. Don't pull over and stop unless you have too bc moving cars dont get damage like a parked one would, the air flow helps the hail slide over the car instead of a huge impact) ANYWAY, point is i didn't call 911 and freak out bc of a storm. They didn't show what the 911 operator said, i sure they were amused... not..
