I have no idea how to make a new thread.. I can lock but, no one ever told me how to make the new thread.. I tried to figure it out, when we were at 40 pages but, I messed up and didn't want to break anything. I could MAKE the page, but I am unsure how they link to each other. I'm sorry. I will see if someone can help. In the meantime.. anyone have any titles for a new thread?

The Riches stay shopping for $900k homes when their house STILL isn’t under contract. I think anyone can self reflect and realize that if their house has been on the market since the beginning of June and today STILL isn’t not under contract.. the pricing must be delusional. The new "lowered price" is barely any less than before and unsurprisingly did nothing as far as selling the house. Florida has exploded in popularity but the rich house just isn’t worth that number— there’s not enough specialness to it. I feel like it lacks the special, custom type features people want at that price point. Also, it looking like an undecorated, empty white box in pictures doesn’t make it appealing.

As for this new house, I’m sure Kendal loved the location right away since it’s right in the center of Boynton Beach— right by cheer! It’s also a riverfront house, with a super pretty Bahama looking backyard. Lots of palm trees. I explored a little and honestly that river isn’t in the prettiest area. The other houses don’t have the pretty yard like the one Kendal’s looking at, and there isn’t tons of pretty landscape on the riverbanks. Kinda just meh buildings, power lines, and weeds/dirt. Also, there’s two busy roads nearby that the house is sandwiched between. I attached a few photos for y’all to see the River the house is on.. you can even see the house from the pic with the huge thick pipe on the bridge. I don’t see the appeal to pay extra for this, especially with the alligators that definitely live in that water. The riches don’t have a boat either, so it’s not like they’d be using it to jet out to a pretty lake/bay or something. It’s not a gorgeous river, and for the price, the inside isn’t that nice. I’d skip this house.

Question- what do y’all think Kendall’s end game with Crumbl is? There’s no way she spends as much as she does on their cookies and creates as much content around their cookies as she does for fun. And I don’t particularly think her obsession with Crumbl draws in an audience, so to me, I think she’s vying for a sponsorship with them. Either that, or they are still hoping they can open a franchise down the road. There’s just no way she does all this because she likes the brand. She reposts their insta stories all the time- she doesn’t do that with any of her other obsessions- Starbucks, dunkin, target, etc. it’s pretty clear to me Kendal wants a Crumbl partnership and is just playing the long (and expensive) game to get there.

Yeah, I don’t get it either. Originally, I figured they were doing it because they wanted a franchise. When that fell through, I figured she kept doing it to save face and would quit after a few weeks. At this point, it’s just weird. Who wants to watch them eat cookies? Is this a thing other vloggers do?

It’s on a canal which runs straight to the Boynton Canal which runs straight to the sea. I don’t know if the water is fresh or brackish but I’d say they’ve more chance of seeing dolphins than alligators in that canal.

I wonder if they are actually taking this hurricane seriously this time? Looks like they will just get outer bands of it.. but, that could mean a lot of tornadoes, and they could be without power for a bit, if it gets bad. During Irma, most of Florida was without power for a few days to weeks.. but, I don't think WPB area was affected very much. I for one am nervous.. we already have the wind and rain here.. I don't think we will get a direct hit.. though it is close. But, we will get some of the worst of it. Scared the most about any storm surge! So, if I don't post for a few days, we lost power here.

Why does their real estate agent let them waste her time like this. No way was that waterfront house going to be good enough for princess Kendall. Her face throughout the tour spoke volumes. I also thought it was odd that Kap asked if the neighborhood had a gate.

I think Evie's new boyfriend makes an appearance in the vlog today. Looks Guatemalan possibly. He appears only briefly towards the end, and I wasn't paying attention enough to notice whether they even introduced him or not.

They don’t formally introduce him but they do say “she’s with Chris” a few times.
