Found the house on realtor.com. Won't post it because it's a invasion of privacy and it's against the rules. I personally like the house. It's hilarious how their junk makes the house seem smaller,because the house seems bigger.

The decluttering did work wonders but... Just to put it out there, realtors use wide angle lenses and photoshop to make rooms look much bigger in photos than they do in real life. You can reallllly tell it in those photos, especially in the kitchen into the living room shots (which are almost way distorted looking from all the editing) and bathroom shots. Their vlogs show a better reality as to how big the rooms are.

Their vlogs show a better reality as to how big the rooms are.

And how they have a picture of the front of their house on every TV screen. Oy. All realtors do that, I've noticed... wide angles and fake "greenery" outside of the windows/doors to appear more appealing. Beach houses are known for showing the ocean outside the windows when in reality is false. The kitchen light over the table looks incredibly fake as well along with the fire in the fireplace.

Yikes, their address is scary easy to find....that being said, the realtor did a good job with the photos and their decluttering sure makes it look better! I really didn't think their home was *that* nice. I mean I always thought it was a nice home, but its actually nicer then they show it in the vlogs.

Listing photos can be soooo overly edited its redic. I actually LOLed at the fire bc they don't even have gas logs hooked up in there. I've seen listings photos with fake landscaping, fake lighting.. the ones that get me the most are the overly dramatic sunset skies.. it looks soooooo bad. I'm glad they didn't do that with their photos.

The realtor could have been there taking pictures, or there could have been showings that would just make it easier to stay out of the house so they wouldn't make a mess. Maybe there was an open house for other realtors to see the house before bringing prospective buyers.

The listing's been on for two days so today was a possible Open House day.

I wonder if they've been told not to film Gaines at gymnastics (other parental complaints maybe?) because the opening few seconds of the vlog had an clip of some random Olympic type scene and just cutting to Gaines in the car before and after her class.

I was going to say this as well.. I would expect a lot more "out of the house all day" vlogs for the next little while. Weekends especially, when open houses would be, plus for showings during the week..

Heck, he was telling that to his three niece/nephews. I'm sure they don't take naps and are at school every week day with extra curricular activities thrown in. I don't know how their price compares to others in this area, but the it seems ok. The house looks good. I would have painted the office/dining room/family room, but at least they got rid of the green kitchen.

I think most recognize their daily life leaves a lot of free time. That is why watching Cullen and Katie having to work the last couple of weeks, they didn't receive a lot of sympathy. Joel said how he was looking forward to naptime on their channel too, but I think he stopped saying this, yet I have no doubt many of them do take naps during the afternoon...for example, Ellie is shown napping with the kids. It is a bad habit for a middle age adult....more sitting and less moving.

What is even worse is that most of them aren't anywhere near middle age! Most of them are mid-20's! I admit, I napped if I had a horrific shift at the hospital and maybe was planning on going out, but generally, I got through my day just fine. Went to work, took care of my patients, went out and did something active after, like the gym, and then did whatever. I think they nap because they have no stimulation. They're bored.
