Ever since Shari said she would date Chad, it creeps me out watching them alone together.. I had to skip over the mall date

Even before Shari made that comment, their relationship seemed weird to me. Very uncomfortable. But with the isolating (and repetitive) nature of Ruby's mantra about only having your family, and not to mention her encouragement of having a weird relationship with your brother, it doesn't fully surprise me.

I found it fascinating that Ruby said "acrosst" today instead of across. I thought that was a very isolated thing that happened only in my part of the world! I guess not...

I found it fascinating that Ruby said "acrosst" today instead of across. I thought that was a very isolated thing that happened only in my part of the world! I guess not...

I thought that was just a Utah mormon thing! I heard a girl from California say it once, but she was a BYU student.

Seems like there's an akwardness and distance between many of the Griffiths sisters. Everyone seemed so upset when Julie lived in Missouri, but now that she lives close, it seems like only Ruby hangs out with her. Thoughts?

Doesn't Ruby live about an hour away from the others? Did Julie move near her, or am I completely wrong? Because if Julie moved closer to Ruby, that would explain why she's hanging out more. But Ellie might be pouting about Julie having the temerity to have a girl.

I believe Ruby/Julie are in Provo area(Springville and ?). Bonnie/Ellie are in Logan area which is approximately a 2 hour drive away.

Ellie and bonnie live 2 hours away. I can't really blame them because who wants to drive that long with kids all the time. But they could meet half way or something. I love how they always try to portray this super close family but when they are together there's this weird vibe of fakeness.

So strange! I'm nowhere near Utah and I have never known a person from the LDS community! "Acrosst" is common in the more rural parts around here.

oh my word yes! Except the attic is Ruby and the LDS church. Even though Ruby and Shari can be super weird it comes to seeing "cute" guys in public. Go on about it way too much

Just watched April and Daveys New Year’s Eve video and they have rented a huge house for them and “their friends” which include ruby et al and sister Julie (just a random thought...has anyone noticed how much Julie’s little girl looks like Bonnie? Like you can so see the family resemblance!) but I really enjoy other people’s video version of ruby! It’s refreshing when she’s not trying so hard!!

OMG thank you!! I have always noticed that and wondered how the hell can it happen? You hear everyone else say Oh-liv-ee-uh yet you pronounce it like that? Nobody corrects her either. I was a snarky kid I would of called her Obby right back.

I think she looks like Landon, his sister and even Mom more than Julie. I think Julie is the spitting image of her Mom and will look exactly like her in 20 yrs.
